A: A rousing game of beach volleyball where we see Hardcase out of her mech for the first time ever, they beat them then a monster attacks and they're proven to be total posers.  

B: Perry agrees to the game then melts their extremely expensive armor as soon as they step out of them for calling him names.

I like the idea of their suits being melted, but in universe that’s kind of a death sentence to a tinker out on the beach beyond the wall isn’t it? Is there a way for them to be chased off or scattered and then Perry look at their abandoned suits and be like… “let’s turn their expensive suits into goo for being assholes.”

Volleyball match gets interrupted by a small swarm, which attracts a bigger swarm, which attracts a big dude which attracts big supers to deal with it and now everybody’s just running away?

Do we really have to choose? There are four on this team, hardcase as the claimant has to play but any of the other three can assist. Perry stays in his suit, warcry and hardcase play and their suits get slagged. Everybody wins! Or at least, those of us who matter.

After Perry melts their suits, he should gloat over his ability to make tinkertech out of garbage, while they're now down millions of dollars, and if that's their only suit, they're now broke without the materials needed to Tinker up new ones.
