*CIRCULAR HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

It's a DOUBLE DOSE of Natsume this week! Natsume meets a new classmate that seems a little similar to him in terms of possibly seeing yokai!

But now, it's a race against time to not only save her, but Natsume himself! I'm so glad these episodes were watched back to back! This set was the Natsume standard...times TWO! What a treat this week!

Loved the reaction and discussion + a double episode treat! Meeting Taki was really well done, I think – especially getting the 2-parter treatment. She is wonderful. 🥰 I especially appreciate Madara here – him getting really concerned, still trying to hide it, playing up his feelings getting hurt and all the things that he usually does. But underneath it all maybe more worried than we’ve seen him before. The moment when he rests with Natsume in his other form? Adore it. It is so sweet and protective, just silently trying to communicate to Natsume that Madara is there and that everything is going to be okay. 😭 Looking forward to next week! 💙

Ahhh, thank you so much! I was really happy with this episode set! And I'm so happy to meet Taki; she's such a fun character, already! Madara showing concern (of COURSE when Natsume can't see it and in silence) was really effective for us the audience! And yes, him being quietly protective and near him -- I am soooooo fascinated by Madara and the "front" that he puts on for Natsume and everyone else -- the "mysterious mentor" trope, indeed! Season 2 is so good! And I'm excited for the coming weeks as well! Thank you so much for the comment!
