An erratic discussion is just right for a pretty erratic chapter set :P I love SQQ bringing out a meme in this chapter, so relatable! I also love Meng Mo’s rant. The tone was just right for an old man complaining about kids these days 😆 And you are correct, LBH would absolutely implode if he were conscious for the ‘sword hilt’ mix up. So it’s a good thing he’s not or the two of them would never get out of there For real though, poor Binghe finally gets so bio family members and they don’t seem to care about him at all 🥺 Thanks so much for the video!

Like I said in the discord, Tianlang-jun's hand coming off immediately had *In the Dark of the Night* playing in my head with Zhuzhi-lang in the role of Bartek and Tianlang-jun in the role of Rasputin 😂 Though Rasputin was a bit less accepting/blase about being a corpse falling to bits in comparison to Tianlang-jun's indifference about his hand suddenly popping off...again. Romania: They're all into Shen Qingqiu! Yeah and neither Luo Binghe or Zhuzhi-lang seem to have the best understanding on how to woo a person like Shen Qingqiu 🤣 As much as the whole mausoleum scene is creepy and terrifying considering how Tianlang-jun can hurt Luo Binghe like he can, it is broken up with comedic moments like Zhuzhi-lang picking up Tianlang-jun's body parts that keep going awry or trying to use Zhuzhi-lang as a hostage 🤣 That was eerie yet perfect timing of you saying "The cave of wonders" and the thunder in the background outside 😆 I love part of Shen Qingqiu questioning how he could grab the wrong person is basically throwing shade on their messed up little family all having a similar taste in clothing 🤣 The demonesses are absolutely terrifying but also kinda badass. I can imagine this whole sequence would be horrifically beautiful animated. But I did giggle at the mention of how much padding this part of the story got in the original story. Immediately made me think of Shang Qinghua/Airplane Shooting Towards The Sky as Kronk ("The poison for Kuzco, the poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco, Kuzco's poison") 😂 Shen Qingqiu: Luo Binghe isn't looking at me as we try to escape this mausoleum...he *must* have some kind of head trauma!!! Yay!! The coffin scene 🥳 Yeah it can't be a Mo Xiang Tong Xiu novel without a coffin scene. SVSSS's scene is my favourite of the three. But TGCF's would be my second. MDZS we sadly didn't get Wangxian with an "there was only one coffin" scene, but a coffin scene for me in that novel is when Wangxian rescue Jin Ling from the Nie Clan's Stone Castles. Shen Qingqiu: My lips touching Luo Binghe isn't gay because it's for *survival* reasons. Romania: Why didn't you use your hand?! Weeeeell he does use his hand a little later 😏 Gotta say I absolutely adore the voice you use for Meng Mo! At times it reminds me of Emrys/Old Merlin from BBC's Merlin 💕 Shen Qingqiu's internal monologuing regarding the heavenly pillar definitely feels a little on the "he doth protest too much" scale. Totally a bro thing to help your friend jerk off his morning wood 🤦‍♀ Tianlang-jun is definitely Daddy 😏😍 Oh the comparison with Armand has me on my knees, yes please! Definitely can see the similarities between the two of them. Also kinda making me see Luo Binghe as being a little bit like Louis 🥺 But yes he's a deadbeat dad with the way he's so apathetic about Luo Binghe...kinda reminding me a bit of another DILF BeHappy is also heart over heels for 😆

👀👀👀 my *deadbeat* DILF man has a job, he is a sor***er ki**er. Thank you very much 😂😂😝 And he is not apathetic, just has memory issues 🥹😁

YES.. we are finally here ! The mausoleum arc is one of my favorite of SVSSS, it’s so hectic, fast paced and full of surprises. First let’s welcome Daddy Tianlang Jun. what a badass, despite his falling apart mushroom body he has an eloquent way of talking and a lot of charisma. You can see remnants of the character QSH imagined in him : well spoken, seemingly carefree and very intelligent and exceptionally strong. He is so much fun The scene of them 4 reminded me so much of the ZEN’IN reunion in JJK 🤣 with the return of the deadbeat dad. The ignorant son, the confused cousin , the monsters around .. and technically the shizun (Nanami) , the only diff is that Megumi isn’t in love with Nanami 😂 ZZL is a sweetheart, i love how protective he is of SQQ because he is so grateful, or maybe more 😏 but the little snake man is so awkward, it’s very endearing LBH coming solo with a pack Rhinoceros Python moon monsters is just badass and shows to what lengths he can go for his Shizun, also his ´go wherever you want just don’t stay here’ is for me a real character growth for LBH who always was clingy to SQQ and wanted him with him , for him to prioritize SQQ safety to his selfish desires is something immense, Speaking of desire, I feel bad for LBH, poor thing is head over heels for SQQ and he wasn’t even conscious when SQQ touched his Heavenly pillar.!! If he ever learn that he will be so frustrated 😂😭😭 Now SQQ, my dude, I understand you re in a dire situation.. blind corpses, the halls of the three scary ladies, the encounter with TLJ and ZZL.. and the thing you were thinking of is maybe help LBH jerk off.. yeah, you are the straightest straight man ever.. continue to tell yourself that, you may end believe it .. or not!! MXTX and her legendary coffin scenes, this one being the prosecutor of the TGCF one of course but i join Annie in it being my favorite. I also love the catty confrontation of the Shifus 😂😂 Ming Mo holding a grudge against SQQ because he can’t be the prodigy LBH’s shizun always cracks me up.. altho I agree that he was the one that thought LBH so much in the dream realm so he has some right claiming a Master’s position.. alas that boy ´s mantra is literally: I see no one and nothing but my Shizun.. Great set of chapters, and great reaction as always (is it a surprise😄?) can’t wait for you to go through the rest of this wonderful story.

@BeHappy Your other man might have a job, but both can definitely be called deadbeat dads for the lack of their presence in their children's lives 😆

Yep !! That’s why I used the term deadbeat in my comment!! I am aware of my man’s many flaws 😣😂 He went to buy the milk and lost his way back 😇😇😇😝😝😝

Yesss, I was so energetic, I was fidgety haha! And yesss, Meng Mo arriving back was crazy! I love how he’s not been able to get much done with LBH, and now he FOR SURE won’t be getting much done! Haha! But yeah, LBH would IMPLODE for sure! He’d keep them in that coffin, haha, so probabllllyyyy not a great thing for the moment, anyway! But yeah, this definitely made me feel bad for LBH this week! For his dad to completely ignore him and Zhuzhi-Lang being like, “Who?” That was so sad! 🙁 Thank you for the comment and kind words!

Now, that it’s been a few days and I had *just* gotten “In the Dark of the Night” out of my head, it’s back for the weekend! 😛 Zhuzhi-Lang seems at least more…innocent and shy thank Bartek? Tianlang-Jun would SO be a hot nonchalant Rasputin, though! SQQ has this harem and no clue what to do with it - at least LBH in the OG novel seemed to at least have…an idea of what to do? Even if it wasn’t a great idea? SQQ is just like a Sims character running into the wall, haha! The idea that ZhuZhi-Lang is picking up RAINING TLJ BODY PARTS is such madness! I wouldn’t expect anything less from MXTX, though! And ahhh, I was so nervous about the storm outside when the thunder started to come in (with the lightning and possibly getting the power out) but that WAS eerie timing! @.@ HAHA I hadn’t thought about them all having similar tastes in clothes, but of COURSE Shen QingQiu would notice THAT part of it! Damn it SQQ, first shoes and now the clothes of LBH and his dad and cousin! I want to see this scene animated SO BADLY or to hear it through an audio drama - why can’t we have…both nice things…and a variety of media!? SQH and Kronk WOULD go together, though! With the shortening of this story compared to the original…I’m glad TGCF didn’t have that treatment! @_@ SQQ believing that LBH would only look at him? OKAY SQQ. And yes, MXTX and the OG COFFIN SCENE! I definitely agree with your order, though, even with the TGCF being super sweet! And SQQ is just in the BIGGEST state of denial in this! The urge to shake him, haha! ESPECIALLY when he thought about jerking off LBH - EXCUSE ME, SIR?! Oh, thank you so much! I honestly LOVE when I get to use the Meng Mo voice, so I’m glad you all enjoy it! 😀 TLJ is definitely a DILF character! And yayyy! I’m so glad that someone else gets the Armand comparison! Though, SQQ would SO be Louis, with SQH as Lestat! 😛 Would that make…LBH…Claudia? Hm? But I could see LBH as Louis as well maybe! AND COMPARING TO TOUJI?! You know that’s going to summon BeHappy *sees replies below* ahaha!! Thank you so much for the comment and kind words!

Yessss, what a crazy arc - but then, in comparison to the other MXTX stories, this entire series is SO fast-paced! Don’t wake Daddy…Tianlang-Jun! He DEFINITELY has the charisma! He is just a STIRRER, I am convinced…but I know I’m getting ahead of myself! AnimeAnnie did compare him to Touji but yeah…there is SUCH a comparison and AHEM – comparing SQQ with Nanami – my two favorites from each of those series?! Is this real life?! Is this fate!? I CANNOT imagine Megumi with a crush on Nanami though hahaha! Zhuzhi-Lang is so awkward but yeah, he is endearingly sweet, even if his “methods” are a bit eyebrow-raising for SQQ! Who knew we would ACTUALLY see the Rhinoceros Pythons?! And yeah, his will to save SQQ “no matter what” is definitely being put to the test, here! And yesss, actual growth for our LBH?! We love to see it! OH, I am TERRIFIED if LBH ever figures out about that coffin scene - he would NEVER let SQQ live it down! Especially when SQQ was THIS CLOSE to jerking LBH off – the allegations of him being straight? Gone. Totally gone. He’s in Denial for sure, now! I will agree, though, that this may be my favorite of the three scenes, though! MXTX has shoes to fill in her fourth novel! I had no expectation of seeing Meng Mo again, so that was a pleasant surprise! Shame that LBH has completely ignored him, haha! Thank you so much for the comment and kind words - I am honestly SO excited for the chapter sets to come! ;)
