Okay, I know I am hyping this up WAY in advance!

BUT, starting the Friday after Thanksgiving (after Bloom Into You is concluded) I am going to be diving into Delicious in Dungeon (aka Dungeon Meshi) on the channel!

Why the post so early, then?  I am doing something I've never done on the channel before: COOKED.

Yes, scary, I know. My hope is (attempt) to cook a dish from the show while answering questions about various episodes that you all have for me to answer!

SO, here's my request:

BASED ON EPISODES 1 & 2 ONLY, what questions about the show do you have for me so far about the show or in general?

Taking requests for Patreon Questions until Wednesday, September 11th, at 12:00 pm CST.

This is a pretty basic question, but who's your favorite character so far and why? So excited for this it sounds so fun 😊

Damage3245

Yay! I'm excited for this show on the channel. Definitely a good choice. A couple of questions I'd have in general I guess would be what are your favorite meals, and what is a meal you've tried once and vowed never to try again? And for the show; which character interests you the most, and why? And which character interests you the least, and why?

Another "high fantasy" anime (elves, dwarves, humans, fighters, thieves, mages and a bunch of typical monster types, more or less), wonder if this will be your second then. It will be interesting to see what similarities and differences you draw from Frieren to this - like how long races live, etc. What would be one of the craziest meals you think they might end up making in the dungeon? I hope you get to stay spoiler free for this, I watched it fully without knowing anything about it and it was such a great experience! Can't wait to see your reactions, and what a fun idea.

Anime Annie

Looking forward to reactions to this show! But also cooking will be a fun little addition to it. My questions would be: 1) Based off of character design so far, if you were in the world of Dungeon Meshi which race would you like to be? 2) What meal would be your go-to if you were as hungry as our characters at the beginning of Episode 1?

Moominkomet

Omg! What a great idea! I do love this series and I don’t have any questions yet….. I’ll see if I can come up with something!

Lucy Richards

Oooh! I love this! My question, what sort of fantasy creatures do you think wouldn't make that good of a meal? Doesn't have to be a creature in the show, simply any high fantasy monster!

romaniablack

Great question! Thank you so much for asking it! :D

romaniablack

Oohhh, that is a VERY good question! Thank you for asking!

romaniablack

These are great questions! I'm really looking forward to having the reactions for this show on the channel! Thank you for asking!

romaniablack

These are great questions! I'm excited to answer them in the reactions and to get more into this show! :D

romaniablack

I definitely can see some similarities AND differences with Frieren already, which will be fun to talk about! But yes, one reason to record so far in advance is also to help with spoilers and avoiding them as well! Thank you for the question and kind words! :D

Without A Net

You have mentioned that you knew of Gencon when I (bamce) was talking about it in the discord. What kind of ttrpg experience do you have? Or I guess how did you hear of gencon.

romaniablack

Thank you so much! I'm SO excited to dive into this series! And no worries; every few episodes, I will ask you all for questions, so as we get deeper into the show, I'm sure you all will have different questions!

romaniablack

Ooohh, good question! Thank you for asking!

romaniablack

Thank you for the kind words! I'm excited for this one!

romaniablack

THANK YOU ALL for the questions for Episodes 1 and 2! I'll have another post out in the future for the next batch! ;)
