 *METAMORPHISING HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

After watching our main character LITERALLY be devoured last episode, I was soooo curious as to what would happen, but I could NOT have anticipated the events of this episode!

I love that it was centered around our new "Best Gem," Diamond, and how hard they worked to help their fellow mineral!

So, I have settled down with some orange and monk fruit tea with home made fruit cake my mother in law made. It’s fitting because this is such a warm, fuzzy and adorable episode! I love this snail! With its interaction with Dai, it is just so cute! Yes, the animation is fantastic and Studio Orange pulled it off effortlessly! It’s is like liquid motion and it is exquisite! I love everything they do! So, yes, Phos being absorbed into the snail shell and is now able to understand the snail! So what does that mean? Will we be able to find answers to these and more important questions? Who knows! I love the bow on the snail as well! Can’t wait for the next episode and yeah, you just end up binging this series since it’s 12 episodes.

Gosh, everyone truly is mean with Phos, aren't they? The thing is, I don't believe it's even being mean for meanness’s sake or a true dislike, though I might be wrong about that one, but simply their otherness. Everyone has a specific job in this society and hardness is highly valued, but Phos has... nothing; and that must be weird for everyone else and their rude comments is how they deal with it. Not that I'm trying to make excuses for them, I'm not, but it does seem to me like it brings out their lack of wordly experience, how narrow their world is right to the forefront. But, hey! While this whole deal with the encyclopedia is suspicious as heck it might actually work to give Phos a place between their peers and be more well liked considering that we see that there are other gemstones with different jobs other than simply defending against the Lunarian, such as the one making that dress. I do need to see Cinnabar and Phos interacting more, though, because they're freaking adorable <3

Hey Moomin Could you plz edit the questions, some of them are very pointing and have bigger meanings later!! And as you know Romania is one to clue in very quickly 😁 Thank you very much

I definitely feel for Phos! They definitely seem underappreciated! And yes, there is a “distance” and soullessness to their dislike, which I’ll talk about in a future episode. It’s sad that Phos has no real task assigned to them and they view them as worthless because of it, which is really sad and tied to how we view people in our society who don’t have a “place” in being productive. At least maybe Phos can work on the encyclopedia in the meantime, right? Right?! But yes, Cinnabar and Phos are so sweet - I want this couple to interact more, too! Thank you for the comment and kind words!

Ooohhh, all of that fruit cake and tea sounds amazing! But yes, the vibe fits for the warm and fuzzies, indeed! The snail and Dia’s interactions are adorable! I really am impressed with the animation that Studio Orange does here! The bow on the snail is super cute, but also the implications that the gems “evolving” potentially by being incorporated into other “organisms” leaves a lot to the imagination, indeed! I’m so curious and excited to see where it all goes to! Thank you for the comment and kind words!
