*AIR TRAFFICKED HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

I have been WAITING for more on our "Great Master Airplane" in these extra chapters - but I had NO IDEA that it would be coming in THIS set and take up the entirety of the set!

It's a Holiday Miracle and I am FERAL in this reaction and discussion! I hope you all are ready to freak out and fangirl with me and our "sweet," poor unfortunate Shang Qinghua!

Thank you for watching with me and for all the support!

Crazy to think we'll be finishing up SVSSS soon. I think it's all the more nuts because it's the shortest of the three and you reacted to it immediately after TGCF which is the longest (at least novel-wise, overall MDZS definitely wins that title because of how many media forms there is for it). We've also been waiting months for you to find out the contents of Chapter 73 so as you could understand why we all think the decision to place it where it was is so confusing. The start of the chapter just makes me think of the Kronk meme from The Emperor's New Groove ("Oh, right. The poison. The poison for Kuzco, the poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco, Kuzco's poison.") too 🤣 The comparison to Twilight or 50 Shades...yeaaaah pretty accurate 😂💕 Also agreed that the comment section for the original novel feels exactly like some Twitter arguments 😅 Hats off to Mo Xiang Tong Xiu for authenticity on how differing readers can react to the same content. I loved you having issues keeping a straight face for Shen Yuan's comment 😆 "Hoeing Wheat is my Noontime Occupation" did make me think of Wei Wuxian's sweet and wholesome dream about going out to work the fields whilst Lan Wangji stayed at home doing the household chores 🥺😆 I love the different voice for Shang Qinghua's System, especially because he refers to it as "System Da-ge", 'da-ge' being a term to refer to an older brother. It definitely fits the vibe I got from his System in comparison to Shen Qingqiu's 😁 Also Shang Qinghua's System is even less help than Shen Qingqiu's. When I first read that I honestly didn't think it would be possible. But that "Survive" proved me oh so wrong 🤣 I knew you'd enjoy this chapter set. But yeah such a mean place to end it 🤣 I'd agree on a retelling from Shang Qinghua's perspective as it would be hilarious! Also hard agree on him being so much like Kronk 😂 YouTube algorithm sucks ass. But yes Chapter 73 is very realistic and I know some creators too that are just like Airplane Shooting Towards The Stars. For the term "popcorn novel" I'd say most bodice ripper novels from the 80s/90s would fit under that umbrella. In other media, whilst they do touch on some heavier themes, pretty much all superhero movies would fit what I consider the term to mean; something you can just sit and turn your brain off to watch or read. Yay for the Venom shoutout though, especially the Eddie and Venom ship 😏 Probably the only time, outside of fantasy with werewolves, that the monster-effer ship is my preferred ship 🤣 The comment about "green JJ sisters" definitely made me think of Shen Yuan as more of a dude bro. It definitely felt very similar in tone to how anime bros can get when shippers watch a series and begin creating content based on two of the male characters. I don't know if it would be construed as homophobic, but in some cases with the anime bros I can see the comments being based on homophobia because they don't have the same issue with the shippers of het non-canon couples in the story. Love that picture of Shang Qinghua hugging Mobei Jun's thighs 🥰🤣 Shen Qingqiu talked about clinging to the male protagonist's thighs...well Shang Qinghua did it to his would-be murderer 🤣

At long last we have reached the Airplane Extras! Huzzah!🎉 I always love getting to see the same story or scene from a different character’s viewpoint, and SQH makes for a very fun perspective shift indeed! I never thought of him as having Kronk vibes before, but now i can’t unsee it 😆 I’m glad you’re starting to see what we mean about the fanfics and their endless possibilities. I’m a big fan of AU fics so I love exploring the different possibilities of ‘what if SQQ transmigrated into X character instead?’ Or ‘what if there were more transmigrators?’ And other such plot lines. I like your assessment that SQH’s death is a sort of karma for what he was thinking and doing right then. I also find it interesting that SQQ and SQH are both kinda involved in each other’s deaths. SQH died because he laughed at something SQQ wrote, and SQQ died while choking because he was so mad about what SQH wrote. It’s like that bound them together in destiny, just not in a romantic way Thanks much for the video!

Yessss, I am SO EXCITED for these extras! Huzzah, indeed! Honestly, this perspective is all I could have hoped for with this series! DEFINITE Kronk vibes! But also Ezma at the same time…if that’s even possible?! 😛 And yes, I can totally see the fan fic world and how it would work for this series! And I definitely ascribe that SQH’s death is ultimate karma - so wild to me that they inadvertently cause each other’s death! 😛DESTINY! NO ESCAPING THAT FOR THEM! Hahaha! Thank you for the comment and the kind words!

It’s SO weird that I’m close to finishing SVSSS! And yes, going from the LONGEST to the SHORTEST series has definitely felt weird nad I can tell the length as well - at least MDZS took a while because there were so many versions I looked at with it. The wait for Chapter 73 and the start of chapter 95 were SO worth it, let me tell you! I really like how MXTX has tapped into the reality of being a web author, especially with comments in these chapters. And honestly, it was SO HARD keeping a straight face reading the banter back and forth between them - HILARIOUS! Also, the USER NAMES were hilarious in this! I like the idea that SQH’s system is SO DONE with him, even to the point of torturing him, while SQQ’s is just out to make him suffer…while also inadvertently helping him. But damn that cliffhanger! HOW DARE YOU MXTX! I really want an entire novel set of this series from SQH’s point of view. Bodice Ripper also is a good synonym for them as well! OH how many of those with the “fabio” pirate man covers my mother had/has! And yessss, the Eddie and Venom ship is just too fun to not enjoy! SY definitely seems like a dude bro with that comment, but glad that the “System” and the story has made him come around! ;) I don’t think that SY was necessarily being homophobic, but the anime bros? Oh yeah, I have seen it go down that route, but glad it doesn’t here, at least. And look at these two real world boys - clinging to the thighs of their dream men! *sigh* They grow up so fast! ;) Thank you for the comment and kind words!
