Oh my god my wish came true 😇😇😇

Moominkomet

Well, Husband will have to watch this with me like he watched MDZS! Hahahahahah! He says that all the guys are more beautiful than he is. Well…. ☺️

Daniela Mocinha

I am so happy this reaction is finally happening! I always love your analysis and this is one of my favorite series and I can't wait for more 🙂‍↕️❤️ I hope you enjoy this show and that u know your content is always top tier 🤝

I feel the same for film/TV show adaptations from books now too. Constantly when I was younger I was left so disappointed by the changes that were made for an adaptation after having read the book(s) first. Moreso if they made a change that then negatively affected a later plot point brought up. Big thanks to Raky for getting you the files 🥳 One episode is more than enough per reaction. Please don't push yourself to fit in doing more 🙏 I went into this show 100% blind too, immediately after watching The Untamed because it got so highly recommended to me too. It's going to be a fun ride seeing your reaction and theorising 😁 The firing off of information to give us exposition reminds me a lot of the start of Mo Dao Zu Shi with them celebrating the death of Wei Wuxian 🤣 The fight choreography at the beginning immediately suckered me in though. Yeah not even ten minutes in and you've got so much of the double D's: death and drama 😅 I was giggling at all your "He's so flawless!" in regards to Zhou Zishou because of my anticipation of how you'd react to Wen Ke Xing 🤣 He really is a cutie, right? You definitely want the best for Zhou Zishou when you see his pain, and the pain he willingly inflicts on himself because of his guilt over his eighty-one brothers 😭💔 And the only way Zhou Zishou can leave the Window of Heaven is through death or being given all seven nails. Not great options at all 🥺 I also had a moment of "Wait, what's happening??" when Zhou Zishou started stripping off for Prince Jin in such a public setting 😂 But, after ignoring the wounds from the six nails, I could very much appreciate the choice 😆 Glad you thought of Qi Rong too. The Hanging Ghost, with his impish laugh, made me think of him too 😆 And such Hua Cheng vibes with our Chief in red 😍 Gu Xiang is such a sweetie at times 😆 I love her whip work and the colours of her outfit. Such a mean place to end! Romania: I was thinking something sexual with 'glazed'... And now I'm thinking of Heaven's Eye seeing the, ahem, "essence of evil" inside of Xie Lian 🤣 Agreed that it has to be his cultivation that keeps his hair so perfect in the beginning, and to not have hat hair 😂 The sets are ridiculously gorgeous 😍 As is the costuming, like that billowing black cape of Zhou Zishou's! Great first episode reaction and discussion!

So excited to watch this with you! Thanks for the video, I look forward to the upcoming weeks! 😁

I really thought the mc was hot as a beggar even if it looks like he smeared on the beard. When fictional men’s lives fall apart they become instantly hotter to me. I swear I don’t even like beards typically. Also I have a dirty mind I saw the walnuts and I was like “ahh he’s fondling the nuts”.

Thank you!! I am so excited to get into this series as well!! It's going to be a fun ride!

romaniablack

Thank you for joining me on this journey! I'm SO excited!!

romaniablack

Ahahaha, I'm so glad you're watching this with me! And honestly, I feel with your husband - these men are setting up some hard beauty standards to live up to physically. *fans self* Thank you for the comment!

romaniablack

Yay! Thank you! Yes, Word of Honor has been recommended so long; I'm glad to finally get to it! Thank you for the kind words and I cannot wait to fangirl with you all! It's going to be a fun ride!! <3

romaniablack

I'm not really a facial hair lover, but his face has grown on me with the disguise; Zhou Zishu's actual face is so handsome, thouggggh, haha! And hahaha, we do love to see an angsty guy sometimes, right? And OMG...the fondling of the nuts...well...I may have to note that for a future intro! Getting past the censors, eh? :P Thank you for the comment!

romaniablack

I DEFINITELY am going to stick to one episode per week after being a few episodes in because they are SO DENSE with information, so thank you for the vote of confidence! But yes, Raky is amazing for getting me these! I’m so excited for the ride! I love that they just start off with all this information and you’re like, but wait, what? I know for a future episode, I need to go back through everything and see where we are at! 😛 There’s just a lot given at once! But yes, death and drama abound in this series so far - though, we can add a third “D” - DIVA! <3 Look, Zhou Zishou is very much still flawless, but Wen KeXing has left my jaw on the ground and three episodes in, I’m still flailing like a Magikarp at his majesticness, hahaha! But yes, I feel for Zhou Zishou already and want the best for him - come on, WKX, give him a happy ending! It’s so soon for that, though! And yes, glad that the strip scene was just to show Jin that it was too late to stop him, but man…what a way to reveal, huh? The Chief in Red definitely has HC vibes - also not beating my theory allegations - and the hanging ghost definitely feels very QR! Also, Gu Xiang is a queen and I love her. That is all. AHAHAHAHAHA the line about the “essence of evil” in XL! Pfffftttt…I mean…yes. Yes, that connects to what I was thinking, too! 😛 I want cultivation powers to avoid hat hair as well, thank you very much. Thank you for the comment and kind words! I really am loving where the series is off to already, the production value, and all the fun that seems to be in store for us! 😀 It’s going to be a fun ride!

I started watching the show the day this video was released, and now I'm already halfway through it. So you can already guess how in love with this show I am now. I should have voted for it earlier lol (I mean I would have voted for it if it was not in the same poll with Madoka). So excited to go through this journey with you !!!

Moominkomet

Husband didn’t really watch with me for long. He went off to do his own thing. He looked up what the show was about and he was like, oh, it’s one of the shows you love. Hahahaha! His comfort show is Supernatural. I pointed out that his show is just the same as mine, content and situation wise. Basically he ships all the guys together as well! His reply was, well, they are men, not pretty boys! Omg! Lol! He really thinks the guys are too pretty! I know his type, more like Captain Jack after all! Husband, never change, never change! 😆

romaniablack

Ahhh, that's so awesome! I can totally feel the bingeability of this series already! And I agree, I'm in love with it ALREADY and I'm just getting started! Thank you for the kind words! I cannot wait to get into it even more!

romaniablack

"It's one of the shows you love" hahahaha!! That would be 100% something my brother would say to me! I have heard that Supernatural is sooooo good, but it's also sooooo long - one day, one day! But I know enough about the characters to know what you mean! Also, Captain Jack is fabulous, so I get it! :D :D

Moominkomet

He has watched Supernatural all the way through, all seasons probably 5 times! I used to watch it, then he took it over and ran with it! He is even building models of their car! He absolutely loves the show.

romaniablack

That is so awesome! Hahah and that's so cool about the car! I have seen that people who love the show LOVE the show, and I'm sure with good reason! :D

Shira Mane

Excuse me what's the name of the board?

romaniablack

Do you mean Whiteboard-kun? They're my handy helper in explaining things! Thanks for the comment!
