 *CLIFFHANGER-RIDDEN HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

I walked in knowing I was watching two episodes, but I was NOT ready for a lot of things this week: Getting info on Natsume's parents, getting more Tanuma and friend adventures, getting a VERY intimidating and scary yokai, AND....realizing this is a three-parter.

SHOW. Well. Ahem. I guess we'll finish off Season 4 with a bang, won't we?

Loved the reaction & discussion! This was a tough set, honestly, parental/guardian figures neglecting and abusing vulnerable kids, their terrible offspring not falling far enough away from the rotten trees, systems failing kids, etc, etc. All the things that really boil my turnip! I really appreciated your discussion throughout. It is so interesting how far we’ve come to care for, and be angry on behalf of, dearest sweet bean Natsume 🥰. Also, the emotional journey of the reaction was wild. 😂 Demanding the photo, no emotional preparedness for a cliffhanger whatsoever, actually wishing for a last minute Critical Hit, the annoyance at Miyoko, anger on behalf of the Fujiwaras, etc, etc. One of the moments I really loved so much (especially with how far I personally have come with the Fujiwaras) - Toko quietly enjoying Natsume having friends over as she straightens their shoes! S0 sweet. Cannot wait for next week! 💙

Thank you so much for the comment and kind words! Such a tough set and seeing Natsume suffering in this episode made me so irritated and upset on his behalf! Hahaha, I DEFINITELY went through the gauntlet with this episode set and the full rainbow of emotions, so I’m glad you all enjoyed me going wild throughout this hahaha! And that little moment with Touko and the shoes was ADORABLE! I love that she’s so happy he’s making friends and having a somewhat “normal” life as a teenager! If only she knew, right?! But thank you so much! I can’t believe we have the season 4 finale this coming week!
