*DESK-COMPLACENT HEADPHONE WARNINGS*

Now that Kana has joined, Chihaya has a new member for the Karuta Club in mind, but this young man has some reservations for joining, and they include Taichi!

But y'all - Taichi LOCKS IN this episode! I am so proud of him and he's really getting me on board with his journey so much!

We get a lot of Taichi today! We already have a little bit of insight into how Chihaya plays. This episode we get a glimpse of how Taichi plays. Since he doesn't have the talent that Arata has or the innate ability that Chihaya has, he relies on his intelligence and concentration. He also drops his guard a little bit when talking to Komono and we see that he really cares about his image.

Yes! I am loving him more and more as we go through this series! And yes, getting a glimpse of how he would be in a match is so fun! I love it - there's SO many ways that we can work with that for the future, so I'm excited!! Thank you for the comment!
