This episode was quite unique, in that it segmented and started out with a cool focus on Higuchi, her connection with Akutagawa, and introduced [FINALLY] the leader of the Port Mafia and his terrifyingly creepy...daughter? Ward? ???

But then, we transitioned to our cinnamon roll weretiger on an adventure with the final agent to introduce, Kenji, and OH MY. I haven't related to a character like Kenji in a while...

This episode was great, but I am SO HYPED for the season one finale!

Thanks for watching and for the support!

I am so glad you seem to be enjoying this series so much! Now that we’ve been introduced to most of the agency’s ability (except Fukuzawa) and met the PM, you better hold on bc things do get crazy 😅♥️♥️ S2 here we come!!

I really am! I thought the series was fun from the start, but once Episode 8 hit, it's really picked up steam and I've enjoyed it a LOT. And uhm, yes, next week is the season finale and then SEASON 2! I've heard it's even better than the first, so I'm VERY excited!!

You're getting closer to meeting my favourite character and I'm excited but also afraid of what you think about him. XD It's so nice to see Kyouka getting along with the other members. 'I don't need one's help' sounds to me like someone who actually wants to be helped. I have a little soft spot for Higuchi. Kenji is so pure. We farm/villiage people are built different. XD Wish you a wonderful day!!

YES THIS EPISODE It looks like it comes out of nowhere, and it kind of does plot wise and considering where we left off canonically, but it's such a core storytelling moment for several characters. And out of all the episode names, it's one of the most direct from the series. Because it's literally about "an unsuitable position for her" and "an ecstatic detective agency". I stand by my point that you're a little psychically inclined. You just somehow ask the right questions at the right time and get answers accordingly. With the knowledge of episode 11, I was listening to the intro of the Higuchi spiel with a dumb dopey smile about how you'd literally get content from her. I am HERE for my Black Lizard Team Rocket squad. They act all rough and tumble, and rightfully so -- they're actually rather competent -- but the sense of loyalty they carry with acknowledging her as their superior... chef's kiss. And then Kenji. Kenji kenji kenji. I did not think you would relate to him as much as you did but I was pleasantly surprised and really happy watching you just kind of attach your liking to this character. He is a funky little dude who works solo with his own methods but gets it done in the end anyways so it all works out. Love him. Welcome to the ominous trend of not actually showing a preview for the finale. It's truly a blind reaction experience and all for the better. ;)

Loved the reaction to the ep❤️ also will you be reacting to the movie that comes in between season two and season three? I don't know if its cannon but its really good!

Higuchi's story is probably the first moment many watchers start to feel for Port Mafia members. Everyone has their own reasons to come and to stay. And their own loyalties as well. Uhh yeah boss is the creepiest, and the child too!

It is canon and very important imo since it introduces you know who. Plus, in S3 they reference things that happened in the movie.

Oooooh, your favorite!? That's exciting!! I can't wait! And yesss, I'm glad Kyouka is fitting in! HA, Akutagawa is probably the last person to admit he needs help, and the first that actually needs it. I really gained a new liking for Higuchi this episode! And happy to know a fellow farm/village person! :3 Yes, Kenji was so sweet this episode; his dialogue had me cracking up! Thank you for the kind words and have a wonderful day, too!

I was FLOORED that I researched Higuchi, and then lo and behold...we get Higuchi content this episode! The psychic connections were linking up, hahaha! I LOVE that Black Lizard came in to help their boss! And that Akutagawa ACTUALLY apologized and seemed grateful to her -- she really rose in my books this episode as a character. And sweetheart Kenji; I was LOVING his dialogue and antics this episode! And poor impressionable Atsushi who follows along until he realizes that maybe Kenji is best left to do his work solo. :P I loved it! And yesssssss, SO excited to go in 100% blind for the season finale! It's going to be FUN!

She definitely rose as a character in my book after this episode! You can tell the Port Mafia members all have checkered pasts and I'm curious to get into the motivations of these other characters as well, now! And, uhm, YEAH. Glad it's not just me who finds both of them CREEPY as all get out! @_@
