Oh, you want Eren vs. Reiner? You want Bertholdt and expanding on his abilities as the Colossal Titan? You want flashbacks with Annie and Eren character development? You want a spectrum of character reactions to having to kill their comrades? You want Hange fangirling? You want a COLOSSAL CLIFFHANGER?!

This episode has it! And I really, REALLY enjoyed it! Let's get hyped!!

PS

With the Lost Girls OVAs, you can watch 1 & 2 (Annie's) after season 2. But ep.3 (Mikasa's) you should watch it after the first part of season 3 i.e. after ep 12 , as it contains spoilers.

Thank you! Yes, I was told to wait on Part Three until after Ep. 12 in Season 3, so thank you for the reminder! :D :D

I agree Mikasa tossing Reiner who is like twice her size with ease to stop all the flirty banter between Annie and Eren is hilarious and badass. The way they handled the flashback is one of my favorite bits of this episode. I’m sure people might have mentioned this but the fight choreography is on point this episode. Isayama being an MMA fan and showing off all the techniques in this fight is so cool.

I loved that moment! Especially in how it relates to this episode! I love the flashback as well! -- that that's SO cool about Isayama being an MMA fan -- I remember someone saying Mikasa's outfit in the S1OP2 was MMA-related, but I didn't realize he was such a fan; that makes sense! Thanks for that info!

I never noticed that shot with Berthold. That's so good. We definitely need to know why they want to wipe out humanity and still want after they spend all the time with them and saw how they are. It's hard to judge a villian if we don't know their side of the story. We haven't had many deaths this season but they were definitely more brutal. It's over half an season and Jean still wasn't shown. Where is our king? I'm not sure from what exactly it was but I've read a translation of some kind of extra chapter where Marco gets a love letter and Jean gets jealous. If this isn't love I don't know what else it is. XD Wish you a wonderful day!!

Yessss, the more I'm getting into this season, the more I want to know Bertholdt, Reiner, and Annie's side of the story! And Ymir's, too! And whaaaaat?! What is this extra chapter?! Can I read it?! Our king WOULD get jealous for Marco receiving a love letter. That's so good! Thank you for the kind words and have a great day, too!

Ooooooooooooooooohhhhhhh -- so now I'm SO curious who would have wrote such a love letter? Who saved whom? But also, yeah, Jean being glad it wasn't a letter to Marco, baahahaha! I love it! Thank you for sharing that!
