Hey all!

Thank you all for SUCH an exciting 2022; I cannot believe it's already ending! It's been a busy year:

Series Finished:Death NoteMo Dao Zu ShiMoriarty the PatriotNeon Genesis EvangelionThe UntamedYour NameYuri on Ice

Series Caught Up On:Ace of the Diamond (sort of)ArcaneAttack on TitanChainsaw ManDemon SlayerFree!Haikyuu!!Jujutsu KaisenSasaki to MiyanoSeraph of the EndSpy x FamilyVinland SagaYona of the DawnSeries Started to Carry Into 2023: Heaven Official's BlessingKuroko's BasketballMob Psycho 100MonsterThe Great PretenderTsurune

I also did the unthinkable this year: I went to a MLB game! This woman, who had ZERO interest in ever watching a baseball game before! Ace of the Diamond is to thank for that one!

I am so grateful for the community on Discord, Patreon, and YouTube growing this year -- I have been BLOWN AWAY by your kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity in supporting me rambling about these series that I've come to love and look forward to reading and watching each week.

I am entering my third year with the channel and patreon this year! Insane, right?!

RESOLUTIONS & GOALS for 2023:

* Record Ahead (I'll still read comments, no worries! ^^) * Watch Shows I Want to Watch (in addition to the polls, of course!) * Collaborate with More Creators * Personally, Start my Own Writing

I have so much that I want to do in 2023 and I hope you all stick with me as I explore new shows and dive deeper into the ones I've slowly obsessed with in 2022!

THANK YOU ALL for the kindness and support you've offered!I really don't deserve it and am grateful for it!

Happy New Years and Cheers,

RB.

It's been a blast watching you fall in love with my favourite sports series, and I really appreciate the way you've always been so open to learning about baseball and the characters the show has given us. I'm excited to stick with you during Kurokos, and hopefully, some other series that I love down the road, but I'm especially excited to experience AoD season 4 with you whenever it comes out. Here's to 2023, where there will HOPEFULLY be lots of Ace to enjoy 🥰

You are one of like 3 reactors I don't consider unsubing to at the end of each month while I evaluate finances.

It's been an adventure! Hoping the new year brings as much, and more, fun!

I am so happy to see that you're gonna be reacting to shows you want to! I have always wanted to ask if you'd consider a slot just for the things you want to watch without our input. So I am very glad you're gonna me room for your own shows. I wish you a very happy 2023, and thank you for brightening our 2022!

What a wonderful year for your channel. So glad to discover it this year starting from the Daiya reactions and happy to witness the channel grow so much. You deserve all of it. Most of my favourite series are still in your polls and some not in them as of now but I'm excited for you to get to them someday. I just know more and more ppl will tune in to your content and for your personality for however much time to come. 2022 was definitely less worse for me because of you :)

Happy New Years!!

Thank you for a great year, your channel is absolutely fantastic!

Zecxel

The only one for me tbh. No one else provides the quality she does.

Happy New Year Romania!! ✨✨ Your channel has been such a wonderful experience in 2022 and I can’t wait for what lies ahead in 2023. Sadly adult life and a very very stressful, busy year and financial difficulty led me to not be as active in your comment section throughout the year as I wanted to be. But I really throughly enjoyed your reactions/ reviews and they brought a lot of joy to my day to day. In particular AOT, Mob, Monster, TGCF, Vinland Saga to name a few. But I think actually my favourite from you was Daiya no Ace. Your energy in those videos was soo infectious and it really brightened my mid week so thank you soo much for that! For me my journey with you is from Given 1x8 video on your old YouTube channel to now (seriously you finished the year with Death Note live action 🤦‍♀️😂 I’m gunna need to get some strong alcohol to get through that trash fire again) it’s been wonderful to watch your content bloom. Here’s to a great 2023! To the stray dogs 🥂

Thank you! :) That is definitely a plan! The first show that "opens" will probably have a retro slot (because I already planned it), but the second I want to make a "Reactor's Choice" probably -- there's a lot of little series I want to tackle this year, and that might be a good place for it! ^^ Thank you and Happy New Year! I appreciate all the kindness!!

romaniablack

Oh, thank you so much for the kindness and support! You all make it better! :) Happy New Year!

romaniablack

It really has this year! Thank you and here's to a great new year and more fun!

romaniablack

Oh, that is so kind of you! Thank you so much!! I really am humbled and appreciate it!

romaniablack

I cannot thank you all enough; I really am grateful for your support and am glad you enjoy rambling about these shows with me!

romaniablack

Ahhh, thank you! I really cannot emphasize the joy that Daiya has given me in words -- when Volume 34 finally gets out for us, I'll be a MESS. But yes, Kuroko's is giving me soooo much entertainment (and shipper fodder) for now, it's exciting!! And OH, when they announce S4 of AoD...it's ON!!! Here's to a great 2023 as well, and definitely needs to have more Daiya!!

romaniablack

Thank you so much for the kind words and comment! I'm so glad to have discovered Daiya and to have watched it most of this year! And thank you very much for the support - yes, SO many shows I still want to see and am excited to get to this year! :) I am glad that my ramblings helped make the year better -- here's to a great 2023! :D

Happy New Year Romania! I almost can't believe 2022 ended so fast. In my mind I'm still in 2019! Your enthusiasm and passion is infectious. I am so glad I discovered your old channel about 3 years ago. You always take your time to analyze and comment the series you're watching in a manner that is both entertaining and serious. I had the pleasure to rewatch so many series I enjoyed and also to analyze them in a new light. What was your top 3 for 2022? Do you have any shows in mind that you want to watch regardless of the poll result? Also I am curious why you decided to watch HxH on your own? That would have been a banger on the channel! I would've loved to see your reaction to it😁👌. I don't judge your decision, I'm only curious. The one yt creator that I have in mind for collaboration/podcasting is Teeaboo. He has some great insights into the shows that he's watching. Semblance of Sanity being a second favorite for a collaboration! You mentioned writing of your own. What kind of writing do you have in mind? You must have some well polished skills since you are a teacher. As an aspiring to be writer (with low self esteem) I am taking notes! I am looking to improve my English vocabulary since I'm not a native speaker and reading as much as I can as a first step. Do you have any tips? I suck at organizing my thoughts on a paper. How do you decide what is relevant and what is not?

romaniablack

Thank you so much for the kind New Year wishes! :) And no worries -- I can understand being busy and stressed, so don't feel bad if you've not been able to comment! I am just glad you've enjoyed the reactions and AHHHH, yessssss, I'm so glad you enjoyed the Daiya reactions -- I am seriously sad that it's on hiatus...when it comes back, it will be with a VENGEANCE on this channel! And WOW, Given/Hanako/Nozaki-kun were the OG's and I really appreciate you sticking with me since then! :) I feel I've grown a lot reviewing since those days, but those series will be some of my favorites, always! Cheers to a great 2023! And YES! TO THE STRAY DOGS! *clinks glass*

Happy New Year! This year went by SO FAST and I hear you – can we go back to 2019, please? Thank you SO much for your kind words and support – I really appreciate you sticking with me and my ramblings for so long! I’m glad you it’s helped you in re-watching series! Oohhh, those are great questions! I would LOVE to podcast/collaborate with those guys! Maybe one day!! :D Ohhh, my top 3 is HARD! Of the ones I finished, I’d say: Mo Dao Zu Shi/The Untamed, Neon Genesis, and Death Note. The ones I caught up with would be Ace of the Diamond and Attack on Titan, and it’s too close to call with the new ones! I would really like to see Uramichi Oni-san and maybe Buddy Daddies this spring – some fun fare before we get into more serious shows! :) And ah, I actually haven’t finished HxH – before I even started this channel, I was binge-watching it with my brother, but stopped once I started the channel – I’ve honestly forgotten a LOT of the show, so one day I’d like to go back and give it a PROPER watch! :) And ah, I have 3-4 stories in my head that have brewed there for YEARS. I love thinking and brainstorming stories, but getting down to actually writing them, I always hit a block or doubt myself. I’d like to just sit down and WRITE and see what I get at – I hear you, organizing thoughts and making it all “connect” is the hardest for me. I have all these pieces and small parts of the story lined out, but getting them to connect and fit is hard! Here’s to a great 2023 and hopefully we can write more and enjoy more reactions! Thank you for the continued support and kindness! <3
