For this FIRST poll to narrow down the choices for Sports Anime, we're looking at the top-recommended SOCCER (Non-US Football) & "MISCELLANEOUS" sports anime!

Vote for AS MANY as you like!

The TOP 5 CHOICES will move on to the next round!

Happy Voting!

No ping pong?

romaniablack

Not this week, but maybe in future weeks! ;) You'll have to see -- Ping Pong wasn't soccer or miscellaneous. :)

Lynden

Only in anime would ping pong not be considered a misc sport

tinyTRUKK

BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK! EVERYONE JOIN ME! LET'S CHANT TOGETHER! BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK!

romaniablack

There's a "paddle/racket/tennis" category in this bracket -- but it will be a while before we get there since I've made the polls out already. Thanks for your patience, but Ping Pong will be there! :)

killerqueen2000

Ao Ashi first option, Yowapedal 2nd, Inazuma eleven (childhood show) 3rd. out of the 9 options

killerqueen2000

So will u combine sports for all of it since some sports may not have many options

Moon

BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK! BLUE LOCK!

Gin

BLUE LOCK!!! BLUE LOCK!!! BLUE LOCK!!!

romaniablack

Thanks for voting! It'll be interesting to see where things go to in this bracket!

Cyber_JokerWTF

I watched Inazuma ELeven when I was 12, I barley remember it existed lol, how did you even find out about it?

killerqueen2000

im curious too. loved it as childhood show but im not sure if I would want a reaction for it haha

romaniablack

So, the top 5 of this outlier round will go alongside the next "genre" next week -- and starting next week, only the top THREE will advance to the quarterfinals from the rounds in that post that was before this one. Its going to be a bloodbath!

romaniablack

I was recommended it a few times on YT! :) Apparently, folks thought I should watch it! <3 Thanks for voting!

romaniablack

Some people recommended it so here we are, haha! :D

Death2boredom

For some reason I was expecting to see Ookiku Furikabutte. Went for Yowamushi Pedal instead just cause that's the only one I've watched.

romaniablack

There's going to be Six Rounds of initial polling and then we're narrowing down to Quarterfinals/Semifinals/Finals -- that series will be on a future poll, it's just not a "Miscellaneous" or "Soccer" series like it said for this one. Thanks for voting!

romaniablack

Thanks!! I'm excited for all the fun with polling! Thank you so much for the support! :D

killerqueen2000

Really hope one of mine can win even tho it probably wouldnt haha. hard to talk abt many of my favourites in the server ; - ; i really like this way of polling tho. it's fun!

romaniablack

Thank you! I think this is going to be a fun way to narrow things down for a change, especially with it being a sports anime poll! :) Hopefully, some of your favorites get through to the out rounds! :D

daragh faro

Just wondering if hajime no ippo is on your radar? 😅

romaniablack

Yes! It's going to be an option in a few weeks on the polls narrowing the options down! :D I'm excited!
