I think a lot of parents around the world force their kids to do something. I just assume they have told their parents repeatedly that they hate it, and they don't care. Or they want to please their parents

Also, the plural of Fish is Fish, as you said. But Fishes can also be correct as it is a double plural. So if you say Fishes, you imply that there are multiple different fish, AND different species of fish. I find that interesting at least ^^
