Turnabout Steamrolling (Patreon)

BlueskyOh Athena, how are you going to get to the courtroom if you keep getting squished again and again by these steamrollers?===============================================================Growing as an Artist (New Concepts/Discoveries and Thoughts):- Wow was this a tricky animation to pull off in its entirety. Lots of different effects and tricks had to be put into play and carefully stitched together to work properly, but I did it! This included lattices, curves, and the wave modifier all in one go.- This was intended to have a transparent background, but apparently Photoshop won't take more than 500 frames for imported videos. Not only that, but the GIF itself was really huge for a file. That being said, I learned a lot about the limitations of transparent GIFs and GIFs in general.===============================================================Trivia and Extra Tidbits:- Now my gallery has Phoenix Wright in the list for series I've represented throughout my renders. We're up to 18 now, I think.- Athena actually doesn't have a body modeled; no arms and no upper legs. There's no need for it after all, since you never actually see up her sleeves or her from below in Dual Destinies.- Athena's AI necklace, Widget, is closely tied to her emotions and will display how she's feeling at the time. I thought it'd be a cute detail to include that as Athena goes through her ordeal here.===============================================================Credits:- Characters: Athena Cykes (Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies).- Commissioner: TwentySevenTheGuy.
