The slime girls appear only in the deep mines, to access this site you must follow the quest-line of the High Priest Valtheris, to trigger this, talk to the superior mother at the temple in north solitude. It is probably the longest quest-line tho, you will need a pair of keys to open the door at the mines, to do so, each key is given to the player after completing the other side quests (Narumi-Toga quest-line and Looking for Gwen quest-line)

now i am officially done everything :) where is the Witch? says she should be in the Crying forest. i do see a Girl dressed in white and blue but she unreachable because she is at the top of the map and can't get to her through the trees :(

The witch in the forest is at north of Willo'wisk, to access that area you must finish the bee quest-line, go talk to the major at the main house, then you will be able to access the succubus quest (there is a small bug in which the teleporter doesn't work unless you have the succubus quest active, you can trigger this at the ancient ruins, north at the first stage of the crying forest)

Bee quest is all finished . i Finished it before the slime girls :) the succubus quest is also finished. the major just tells me to go away, he has nothing left for me to do. i think im screwed on the witch :(

I'm sorry for the late reply! The witch house teleporter has a small bug, you'll need to activate the succubus quest first. You can do that at the north of the Crying Forest entrance. Once the quest is active, the teleporter should work properly.
