It was implied in an earlier post that there would be a willing cowgirl transformation as well as more content on that front. Did that make it in to V0.3? If so, how do I get there? I can't find it as part of the normal Narumi Questline

Yes, there is new cow content, before reaching the ports go right off road and you will find Lulu's ranch!

I don't really play RPGs a lot so maybe im just terrible but some of these fights are so impossibly hard! I had to give up on the werewolf and im am so horribly stuck on the vampire lord, I reached his third phase but by then I ran out of everything having 45 potions and tons of buff items I could never gain ground on him

If you have the skill Parry unlocked, it will be your best friend in these fights. It makes this game more manageable trust me.
