End September Check-in & Status Report (Patreon)

Hello dears! Just stopping by to update you on some things for both tiers as we head into October.

Raven Tier:

So far, Oswin is running away with the voting for our first partner in the October poly spice. Following him is Aster, but he and Duri have been battling hard for that second spot!

I have 43 responses so far. If you want to weigh in, now is the time. I'll need to start writing that soon, so I'll give it another couple of days.

While you're here, there are other surveys in the pinned post if you have other things you'd like to weigh in on to help me shape content that you want to see. Admittedly, I've had little interaction with these (between 2 and 10 responses for each), but I have receive some insight from them. That said, if it's the Google Form use itself that is the deterrent, I'm open to trying to find something else (I just don't know what's out there yet, and I've had little time to search).

Crow Tier+:

Since we'll be cracking open the Chapter 5 Abduction POVs with Oswin this month, I will do another next month for the Crow Tier. Originally, I didn't think this would be customizable, but I've decided to make it in Twine so you can pick your MC's specifics! It's not too much extra work after I went through what I'd need. So, it will be a series through that medium.

In other project news, I am currently juggling 2.5 samples of potential new IFs. I wanted to have at least one done this month for your enjoyment, but it's been kinda busy for me lately. I had to do several hours of overtime in my 8-5 last week, but this will be the last time for that nonsense. I anticipate one will be ready in October, possibly two since I have a few days off next month as well and I'm excited to crack on with them.

And a couple personal updates:

If you have been around a bit, my shoulder is still not better. If you haven't heard before - my shoulder hurts, and I can't move it very well, lol. I did physical therapy for 8 weeks and actually lost more mobility in it. Frozen Shoulder has been ruled out by my doctor, and X-rays came back with all my bones in-tact and ghost-free. So, I have a MRI on Oct. 1st, which will help guide the next stage.

I'm looking for a new job, but that whole thing is more complicated depending on my medical needs. I'm stuck until I know what is up with my shoulder and how to fix it. If surgery is needed, I may be stuck for a while yet. My spouse is also looking so we can get the fluff out of our state.

Neither of these things should impede writing extras or the next Chapter of GC, just wanted to share. If they did, I might go mad because this project and its audience is giving me some much-needed hope for the days ahead. ^_^
