Different forms of art. (Patreon)
Content
Today I will share with you 2 very different forms of art, produced with the same model and in the same chair placed near a window, but shot on 2 very different cameras from Leica.
The first photo (on Patreon) was shot on the Leica SL2-S + Leitz MACRO-ELMARIT-R 1:2.8/60mm, with 24 MP on full frame sensor. And the result is some kind of grainy picture that reminds me of the illustration I was making when I was very young, with Caran d'Ache color crayons on rough cotton art paper.
The second photo (on my regular social media) was shot on the Leica M10 Monochrom + Summicron-M 50mm, with 40 MP on a full frame dedicated monochrome only sensor. And the result is a high definition BW that reminds me of medium or even large format film photography, and I want to point your attention especially on the details of Sarah's lips, the nose piercings, and the front nipple.
I like both approaches, and I feel privileged for having access to all these photographic tools from which to choose in order to produce such different interpretations of beauty. And I'm grateful to all of my Patrons and subscribers elsewhere for allowing me such creative freedom in the choice of equipment and of models to reach my artistic view.
