Focus rules. (Patreon)

Focus should be on the nearest eye of your subject, but what happens when the hair of the model is covering part of the eye?If it was entirely covered, common sense would justify to focus on the other eye, but if it is only partially covered, the choice is more difficult...In this case I was lucky, because the focus drops also on the nearest nipple, the only one visible.

One more photo from my first shooting with Ania, back in May 2022, later today on my regular social media feed, a variant of a photo I posted on Patreon a long time ago.Because rules says that I have to focus before on my Patreon Community, my nearest followers, and only later on my regular followers elsewhere: after all it is thanks to your contributions that my project is made possible, and if I can afford to pay the new model coming on Monday, the 22nd.
