My set with Stelladiplastica on Sunday has been a blast, but I will need some time to digest it...

Speaking about stats, I shot an alarmingly low number of frames, 340:- 29 frames with the Leica SL2-S + Contax-Zeiss Planar T* 85mm f1.4- 38 frames with the Fujifilm X100VII- 61 frames with the Leica M10 Monochrom + the Summilux-M 50mm and the Summicron-M 90mm- 212 frames with the Fujifilm GFX 50S II + "Martin" (the Zeiss T* 1,4/85mm Planar ZF named after the Patron that sponsored part of the purchase), including today's picture.

And I still have to submit them to Stelladiplastica for the green light about the amount of exposure, which could have consequences for her work, and we need to tread carefully, so the final number is going to get even lower.I know I've put myself in a huge predicament with this set, but Stelladiplastica was as beautiful as ever (she must have made a deal with the Devil), this was probably my last opportunity to work with her, and I might have some real winners among the few pictures we made. Just enough good photos to prove my point about this model and my development as a photographer.

What I have understood once and for all, because she graciously explained it to me, is that our styles are incompatible: - she is a ballerina, in love with wide angle lenses, perfection in poses, and distancing herself from nudes altogether- I am a portrait photographer, preferring telephoto lenses, casual poses, and requiring full nudity.

Our artistic point of views are incompatible, but I'm thankful for having had this (probably) last chance to work with her, in order to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the #BramleyApple Project.

This is going to be the only photo I will post from this set, for the moment.Nothing on regular social media today, nothing tomorrow anywhere: I need some time to understand what I want to do with these photos, so be patient, and you will be rewarded.

Wow, you weren't exaggerating about her looking different. Shame and frustration about the incompatibilities. I wonder why she even agrees to go near nude photography at all since she's so "careful". I've been fortunate to know or be acquainted with some models that started out conservatively, but ended up going full monte.

This is the most beautiful picture I have ever seen of her. I hope she is comfortable with your making much of this session available, at least on a limited basis.

So very glad you are embracing the challenge. It's great to know the photoshoot story, the results are so much more meaningful! These results are amazing!
