Yes, you guessed right!I was really shooting Martina in Milano on Wednesday, something I tried to do for a long time and never managed before. She is still working, but increased prices and scarse availability made our encounter impossible. Finally the planets aligned this week and I managed to have another go with my all time favorite model. It was important for me not just because I wanted to see her again, but also because I wanted her to extend her consent for publication on Fansly, if I ever start using it, but now that I have 21 shootings unlocked (she is going to send me the missing documents soon), I might take the plunge.
This reunion was flavored by mixed feelings, on the one hand I was happy to talk and work again with my old friend, but on the other hand she is asking for some limitations on future publications.
During this shooting I used only 2 cameras, the 2 cameras I never used before with Martina: - The BW photo from yesterday was shot on the Leica M10 Monochrom + Leica Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH. Black Chrome- The color picture of today was shot on the Fujifilm GFX 50S II + Zeiss T* 1,4/85mm Planar ZF (this is going to make the Patron that helped with the purchase of this gear, named "Martin" in his honor, very happy, because he always hoped I was going to use it on Martina).I worked before in this apartment with Martina, and I knew it was dark, so I was prepared, and used a flash for most of the photos shot on the GFX.Finally we can look a Martina with the details this medium format camera got us used to see, with the added bonus of a supplementary boos of light from the flash.
I shot few frames during this short shooting with Martina, 259 with the Leica, and only 90 with the Fujifilm, but I'm happy anyway, and we made only the ones that are compatible with the new rules, so at least I can use them all (after my selection).
