Ch 85 Has been properly edited, touched up a lot since last week, and I'm finally happy with how the chapter looks now. Consider giving it a reread if you wish, especially since it's over 2k words thicker since its first rendition. This is another thick chapter, and I daresay rather eventful one. You can read the previous chapters in the collection.

Awesome chapter. The Garlan portion continues to be some of my favorite, and I can’t wait to see the next part of his journey. I wonder if this latest news starts putting real doubt in people’s minds about Aegon. The actions taken in sunspear and planky town are pretty unequivocal in what they imply. I think if and when Ser Barristan begins to doubt, then Aegon has some serious problems.

Hell yes! Garlan the Grim with an audacious move to avenge the bodacious babes of the Reach 💯

With everything that House Stark is doing this generation. No house or Kingdom or free City or anything is going to rouse the direwolf for at least another 8,000 years.

“The Red God no longer answered her calls, but her skills remained, for they were her own.” When I tell you I gasped… Melisandre is a menace! Rickon’s chicken has stolen my heart. I need him to make another appearance! I’m convinced that if Val had witnessed the meeting between Aegon and co. She would’ve turned around and back beyond the wall. These southerners are NUTS! I’m super suspicious of Renly… like what is he up to? GARLAN! Im so happy!! I need him to go to Lys and start another rebellion. 😭 Also the attack on Plankytown had me cackling! Please I need to see what’s happening over there!

I found it so ironic that Aegon dismissed whether Cersei’s kids were bastards or not… since it doesn’t matter since her kids have armies 😭

This one was amazing, I can't wait for Jon to fight hightower, Aegon's reaction to the attack on Dorne, and for him to meet either Robb or Ned. Please tell me we get to see Aegons POV next chapter 🙏

Aha Ned, Tommen, and Shireen are back in style! Also go Garlan. Also are we sure Rickon isn’t a dragon? He’s really just tryna hoard anything he can get his hands on.

The royal fleet burning Planky Town and attacking Dorne!!!! YAS!!! They pulled the wolf's tail and got bitten!!! Doran isn't playing the game of thrones, he's playing the game of stupid. DON'T MESS WITH THE NORTH! 😁😁😁 Awesome chapter! This fic makes Monday mornings less painful. Love it!

Love Garlan’s vengeance, as sad as it was to read, he was ready and content to die, but now he has to live.

Eragon The Greater

Two of my favorite viewpoints in the same chapter? Excellent!

Oh my man you have astounded me more with this chapter! Jon Snow reminds me of an ancient Celtic warlord protecting his home. I assume the next battle for Winterfell will be in the next couple of chapters? Again curious what lands and castle is Jon going to receive as a noble? How much wealth has Jon accumulated from the Ironborn so far? And if he kills Hightower and Redwyne how much wealth will he get from them? Will he put a bastard in Desmera Redwyne to rule the arbor? I know he has a thing against that in the show but this Jon has the ruthlessness of the King of Winter and we know what they did to their enemies female kin. Nice to see young Faegon having some trouble from Garlan Tyreel

Just read the whole story in 4 days. loved it. Can you not just finish the books yourself so we dont have to wait for george to move his butt. Also im really wondering, can this really be a story about the game of thrones without any dragons in it?

Nice to read about Jon "Wolf-father" Snow and an Umber Umbering before being shut down. Also good to see that the fic takes into account the distances and travel times between such large landmasses and seas, so that up to date information is hard to come by. FAegon and his court was short on substance, in my opinion, but fun to read about Eddard "City-breaker" Stark finally getting back to Westeros, where he belongs. And finally, Garlan "Slaughter" Tyrell shows up again in a very fun to read part. 7/10 (But then again, I'm very partial to the parts where Jon, Eddard, or Robb are fighting large engagements.)

I love a good revenge story, and i have typically liked Garlan in the other fics ive read. Now lets see how you wrap up his threads
