About the Slight Delay in the Update (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

I’m sorry to say that the update is going to be slightly delayed. My computer is a little old, and because of the hot weather, it’s been overheating and shutting down frequently. This was completely unexpected, as it hasn’t happened before. (I think rendering scenes with more than two characters in this heat is really pushing my computer to its limits, only the longer renders are causing it to shut down.)

For now, the best solution I’ve found is to reduce the number of renders so I can avoid delaying the release too much. I expect the delay to be at most about a week. I’ll be sharing some teaser renders in the next few days.

The good news is that a large part of the script for the upcoming update is already complete, which means I’ll be able to release another update in July. So that means we’ll be seeing two updates in July!

Once support increases, I hope to get a new computer and avoid these issues moving forward.
