This is a preview of my latest story in the ongoing Lesbian Mind Control Stories Vol. 2 series. Part 9 of the Brianna-centric series will be available for purchase next week on Amazon and available for free to Kindle Unlimited subscribers.

Just as we all expected, Brianna is back at it. Fresh off her most high-profile, high-risk intervention yet, she's back to her roots with a simple forced coupling of two unsuspecting friends.

While attempting to beat the heat by stopping in for an afternoon flick at a local movie theater, two bitchy college-aged girls, Rachel and Karina, run afoul of the lesbian mind controller and watch helplessly as their power dynamic (and sexualities) are turned completely on their heads.

High off the thrill of her meddling with international pop superstar Ivy Jade, Brianna is finding it easier and easier to surrender to her dark thoughts and inner demons, and willfully destroy and transform any woman that catches her eye.

Is there still part of Brianna's soul that hasn't been fully corrupted? Or is the magnanimous Brianna officially dead and buried?

Either way, lesson learned: don't piss off a vengeful reality-warping lesbian.

Sapphic Theatrics is out on July 28!

"Quit trying to show off for your friend," Brianna whispered, the words carrying a psychic weight. "Your little crush is pathetic."

The silence that followed was absolute.

For three seconds, nobody moved. The movie flickered on, casting erratic shadows across their faces—a strobe light of confusion.

Karina stared at Brianna, her mouth slightly open. Rachel froze, her phone halfway to her lap. The words hung there, suspended, sinking into their skin like invisible ink.

Then, the tension broke. Nervous energy bubbled up, seeking an exit.

They glanced at each other and giggled. It was a reflexive, defensive sound, but it lacked the bite from before. It was uncertain.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" Karina asked, turning back to Brianna, her brow furrowed. She tried to sound tough, but there was a wobble in it now. A crack in the armor.

Brianna sat back, the discharge of power leaving her feeling light, almost floaty. She picked up a single kernel of popcorn and popped it into her mouth. "Now shut up and watch the movie," she said calmly, her eyes fixed on the screen.

Karina stared at her for a second longer, trying to find a retort, but her brain felt foggy. The anger she had felt a moment ago was dissolving, replaced by a strange, humming confusion. She scoffed, a hollow sound, and turned back around in her seat.

"What a psycho," Karina muttered to Rachel, leaning in close so only they could hear.

As she turned, her eyes met Rachel’s.

And the world tilted.

Karina had looked at Rachel a thousand times. They had been friends since freshman orientation. She knew Rachel’s face better than she knew anyone’s other than her own mirrored reflection. But this time, as she whispered the insult, her gaze didn't slide off Rachel’s features. It stuck.

She noticed Rachel’s lips.

They were painted a bright, glossy red, a shade Karina had made fun of earlier in the car. But right now, in the flickering light of the movie screen, they didn't look tacky. They looked... vivid. They looked soft. They were parted slightly, the bottom lip full and plump, catching a glint of saliva that made it shine.

Your little crush is pathetic.

The stranger’s voice echoed in Karina’s head, bouncing around the empty spaces of her mind.

“Crush?”

The thought was alien, absurd. She wasn't gay. She liked guys. She liked guys with fast cars and tattoos who treated her like garbage. She didn't have a crush on Rachel. Rachel was her sidekick. Rachel orbited her.

But as she stared, unable to look away, a hot, confusing flush crept up her neck. Why was she staring at Rachel’s mouth? Why did the curve of Rachel’s jawline suddenly look so elegant?

Karina swallowed hard, her throat feeling dry and scratchy. The smell of Rachel’s perfume—some cheap vanilla body spray—wafted over, and instead of finding it cloying, Karina felt her breath hitch. It smelled sweet. Edible.

"Totally," Rachel snickered, breaking the spell. She turned her attention back to the screen, unaware of the predator staring at her profile.

But Brianna’s words had found a crack in Rachel’s psyche, too.

Your little crush is pathetic.

Rachel stared at the futuristic cityscape on the screen, but she wasn't seeing it. Her heart was hammering a weird, staccato rhythm against her ribs.

Crush.
