Bro smokes once in a blue moon, greens out, says he doesn't get it. Meanwhile he will sink like 30 drinks. I'm fine when I smoke but if I have more than 2 pints and I'm vomiting every 5-15 mins the next day. But for once we see some actual differences in his life that are not a 180 degrees from his normal life. Something I did was just set hard rules for myself. They don't have to be insane, but just completely set in stone with no workarounds. Like I can drink as much as I want when I'm out with my friends, but zero drinking home alone for example. If I have even one drink at home, for any reason, I know I've broken the rule. I was drinking far too much and that helped me cut down a lot. Good luck Chad
