Please rate on a five-point system, where 5 is excellent and 1 is terrible, the quality of the translation, in update 0.10.9.

Also, there was a slightly edited previous version.

All your comments and suggestions are welcome.  Also, please take into account not only spelling, punctuation and so on. It is important to me whether the translator has done a good job in conveying the original meaning of my text, as well as all the "subtle" emotions and the general atmosphere of what is happening.

Also, what do you think of the updated way of narration? Heh.

some of the words used are totally incorrect … no one who learned English a little bit would ever use them there: for example: the Rector says “…forgive $50 of…” ‘forgive’? really? even Google Translate could do a better job if asked! Too band there is nobody who actually reads the text through for the misuse of these words…..

Don't know, haven't seen a $5 release yet.

I have seen a similar style of translation in other visual novelisations. It does "ultimately" get the point across of what is happening and being said, but lacks an understanding of things like slang and the inner dialogue of a person who speaks English.

Yeah sorry but the translation is not much edited from the bot (google or deepl) and is quite bad, at least for the last couple updates. It was better before that. People giving more than 3 are not very good at English.

Stick4Luck mentioned using Deepl and so since it is made for the public and supported financially by the public then there should be effort made to correct these translations; perhaps double translate it with Google and translate it back to Russian and see if comes back as it was intended; research what word used in English and lookup the true meaning of words too… The point here is to improve the text in spite of even if the meanings comes through…

There were a couple I didn't even understand what it meant. Like when she said she could only make more money "working as a prostitute if he doesn't break the roof or cut the whore's throat." WTF does "break the roof" mean?

Wild Bill

It's mostly understandable but there's definitely a lot of weird things in there. Like I've never even heard of 'While' as a way to say goodbye to someone. I know that something like that is used in some other languages but not in English, I assume it's another thing from the machine translation. I thought those had got better than this in recent years.
