April 2026 - Back to Normal... with a Twist (Introducing GM Kits) (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

I hope you had a good March. Thank you for your patience through February and March as I let my injury heal and personal life stabilise a little. I'm back to the full swing of releasing content again now and I'm eager to do so.

Starting with April, I am changing how my Patreon functions slightly.

Instead of releasing 4 packs of ~4 maps per month with little input on what maps can be free, I am shifting to releasing 1 large map pack per month, however, you may vote what is released early! Maps that are released early will have their daylight variants given for free as well. These monthly map packs will be known as GM Kits.

So, What Is a GM Kit?

Connected by a theme, they will contain:

8 Battle Maps

2 World Maps

1 Regional Map

1 City Map

Additionally, each Battle Map within the kit will have 10 variants that have been 'upgraded' from how I previously did variants.

These Variants Include:

Day

Night

Day with point of interest removed

Night with point of interest removed

Day Empty/Rooftops

Night Empty/Rooftops

Fog

Rain

Slaughter

No Lighting

These will give much more variety in using and, possibly, re-using Battle Maps.

World Maps, Regional Maps and City Maps will follow my current pattern of including the "default", "labelled" and "titled" versions.

The idea for these kits is that, based on their theme, all of them should be usable to you in some way and can also be used to expand on each other. For example, a World Map may contain a Region Map which may contain a City Map which can contain many Battle Maps.

How Does Voting Work?

Similar to how voting for Ylithia packs worked, on the 2nd of each month, I will post a preview of the full GM Kit that will release at the end of the month. You may vote for the maps you would like to have the chance of releasing early with free daylight variants. The three maps with the most votes will be released over the 8th and 15th of the month.

Tier Updates

Notably, my Archon Supreme tier has been adjusted to fulfil a new purpose - early access to the full GM Kit as well as strong votes for more early access influence. With this, you may receive the month's content a week early.
