The question mark is intentional!

I've hit a natural stopping point but I'm not certain that I have enough material for a full chapter as I close out this story arc. This may be Ch 5 part A. Hence the question mark :)

You make a very good point. I set a personal goal of 20+ pages per chapter I just don't want to send out what feels, too me, like half a chapter just to finish wrapping things up.

You could always try throwing some filler in, although chances are it will be obvious filler that you and your readers might not be happy with.

No fillers, please. As Jedi said, if it's a natural stopping point, then the chapter is complete. Even the greatest writers have shorter chapters in their books.
