Good idea, piss poor execution :P (Patreon)

Was hoping to have the next chapter out soon but I've run into an issue. Wrote about five pages of the events preceding Kal and the pack splitting off. Reread it about eight times and decided ... i hate it. :P The content was okay but no matter how I rewrote the scenes it remained difficult to understand what was going on. It was after fighting with this section for a couple of days that I realized that situation as a whole was just too far fetched.

As such, I've scrapped the entire section and made a bunch of changes that I feel are a vast improvement on what I originally wrote.

Unfortunately this also means the next chapter will be a bit later than I had hoped.
