While this Ikuno not quite cannon as far as her look in the story, I told Willow to go ahead and start working on the background for the book cover. Mostly because her version is a lot more visually interesting then what I had in my head.

The creative part of me wants to jump up and down and throw a tantrum because it's not exactly how she looks in my head. The part of me that wants to do this for a living is looking at the first part and going, "No... your version is boring af compared to this."

People don't usually buy "boring." 

Any which way, I am very happy with how she has turned out and I have to say... it's a strange feeling seeing a character I've created in front of me. It's a pretty awesome feeling too :)

In other, less pleasant news.

Patreon is being a bit of a heel at the moment. I've a feeling that this might relate to COPPA compliance so they are going over everyone's account with a fine tooth comb. As such, I have already removed the offending links to the storiesonline website and had to remove the "Teen" tag from OatF on Wattpad but will have to wait until tomorrow when their offices open back up (if they even open up for the holiday) to see if everything else is okay. Worst case, i may just have to drop Ch. 3 from the site as it has the scene where Ikuno saves Perra from Sir Michael and is the only chapter that contain the elements they are taking issue with. Not drop it from the story... just the site.

Personally I'd like to tell them, "Would you remove the music video for Aerosmith's, Janie's Got a Gun from Patreon? No? Then leave my story alone."

...

Gotta stop before I get myself all worked up about this again. I've spent too many hours staring at my computer screen, unable to write because this issue has taken center stage in my head.

The last thing I will say is that if my Patreon suddenly disappears, look me up on Sponsus. I haven't looked at it yet, and hope I never have to, but it apparently does roughly the same thing as Patreon. I wouldn't know about it at all but a webcomic I've kept up with for years just got booted off of Patreon and said they were opening up a page over there.

Ch. 15 has already been seen by oldfart and is currently with 2muchdiggity. :)

Outline for Ch. 16 is already done so there's still hope for that third chapter this month. Which means that we might get to meet the second of our Patron selected characters before the new year! :D 

I'm keeping my hopes up :)
