Been Busy (Patreon)

Was going to do my usual "Still Alive!" for this but felt that would be in poor taste.

Have had some important happenings in the personal life this past week, part of which had to be revamped and rearranged because of Covid-19 and left me little room for writing. Unfortunately, my time has been tied up in that event, but with that done I plan on jumping back into writing within the next few days (I have relatives visiting for said event or I would be starting now).

At this point I think it would take a small miracle for me to get out two more chapters by the end of the month. But if it happens, I will probably let the third be a freebie.

Some of you out there are going to be in tough situations, I don't want to lose you as patrons and I certainly don't want to make anyone's life more difficult.

Yes, I could just put out two chapters and be happy with that, but I'm still going to try for a third. I know how much you look forward to these releases and I think the little bit of joy my story can bring you is worth the extra effort.

I sincerely hope that you all are healthy and doing well in these trying times. Thankfully, Covid-19 hasn't reached my little corner of Kentucky. Sadly, with something of this nature, I know it's just a matter of time.

I did have a bunch of other stuff here but I deleted it all.

In the past have gotten onto to patrons for bringing up politics. I don't want my Patreon to become a political battlefield. Here in America, the topic has become so politically charged that saying more about the virus would make me a hypocrite.

So I will leave it at this. Be Informed. Be Safe. Be Smart.

Hopefully I will be back in a few days with an "Off to the Editor" announcement.
