Don't get too excited though, I'm asking them to be sure to haven't missed anything big so there is the possibility of rewrites or additions before it gets to you.

Yes, this is the final chapter of Searching for the Sky. That said, there were a couple of scenes that I wanted to put in but it would have killed the ending or were totally unnecessary but interesting so I am going to write those up and put them out just for my patrons. Don't expect any major reveals or anything, these are only for fun. while I'm at it I might finally get to that scene from the first book where Bea gets knocked up. We'll see.

You would think that with this being my second book the urge to jump around and cheer when I wrote the last few lines would have diminished some. Not for me at least, the only thing keeping me from hootin' and hollerin' and dancing around my office was that it was 12:30 am and I didn't want to wake up the rest of the family.

I'm exhilarated yet nervous and suddenly feel like I'm wholly unprepared for book 3. Which is a lot like how I felt at the ending of book one, so maybe I'm worrying for nothing.

Going to spend the rest of the day working on my outlines for Book 3, so I'd better get to it.

Talk to you all soon!

Like with the first book, I will be posting the final chapter to the free sites a week or so after they go up on Patreon. I'll reset the patron early access with the first one or two chapters of book 3. Probably going to go with a two chapter lead for patrons from here out. I think it will offer more incentive to join as well as give new patrons a bit more instant value.

I only meant it as positive encouragement to keep going despite any issues that may come in the future. I personally enjoy your work and look forward to all that may come 😊
