Lord of the Glass Desert Ch. 20 (Patreon)

For those of you who haven't seen the convo on the last post. My kids are currently quarantining with the big C. Long tests have yet to confirm but the home tests came back positive.

Freaking. Amazing. At least the box of KN95's the wife ordered for her work, which is now all remote until numbers go back down, won't go to waste.

Still no symptoms for the wife and I, but that doesn't mean much since we are the only two in the house with our boosters. If we don't show any symptoms in a couple of days we'll take the home tests just to be sure.

Also in that convo, some people were curious about what's happening back at the homestead and with the town Kal wants to put in Felli's mountain. While Kal is en route we may explore that a little bit but I'm trying to figure out if it's feasible for the dwarves to have completed their survey, gotten back to their kingdom, gathered the tools and manpower, and gotten back to Telsin to start work.

Let's not mention who might be curious what a large band of dwarves is doing out in the middle of virtually nowhere...

Hmmm...

Happy reading!
