One of the hardest things about writing is admitting something you wrote is pointless. I had almost another full page tacked on at the end of this chapter, but while editing I realized it was totally unnecessary and that I already conveyed what I needed to where the chapter currently ends.

Ah well, live and learn I suppose.

Hm. Well...that's unfortunate. Hopefully Perra can think up a plan B in case plan A doesn't work. In fact, she may need to think up of several backup plans A thought. Kal bought the mountain from the king, didn't he? Would a new one recognize the purchase or ignore it?

Well I don’t think ownership of the mountain will be the kings doing more likely the church trying to get back at the gang. That and the church likely showing up in Telsin essentially on a search and destroy mission cannot end well.
