Patreon App/Reading Format Issues (Resolved) (Patreon)

The patron having the issue appears to have found a workaround, so I'm considering this issue closed (for now). Thank you everyone for responding, especially Qahlz who put a bunch of effort into testing and trying to find a solution. I'm changing the post title (which I didn't know I could do before now) and keeping the original post below, in case this situation arises again.

Is anyone else having problems accessing the stories like the person below?
I need to know if this is a one-off situation or if something is wrong with my conversion software.

"I guess I am going to have to cancel my subscription. For the life of me, I haven’t been able to figure out how to read your stories on my iPhone since ch 19. 3 Square meals launches into safari browser with just the one link. Your stories have links for four different formats but none of them work for me. I prefer epub imported into books app, but your file fails to import there. I don’t want to waste any more hours trying to access what. I have paid for so I guess it’s time to move on. I don’t understand why I can’t read it directly in the Patreon app with a legible font size. The app seems to do everything except present the stories in a readable format. I would have thought that would be the single most important function."

Your help us greatly appreciated!
