Disaster has struck... again. (Patreon)

It's a good thing I don't live anywhere near Microsoft HQ, or I'd probably walk in and slap the shit out of whoever came up with their retarded autosave feature. Why the hell can't it save a physical copy along with saving to the cloud when the cloud isn't available? Not to mention the idiots who said:

"Hey, if we are doing a windows update and they have a word doc open, should we save a copy before closing it?"

"Nah.... Fuck 'em. So what if they lose weeks and weeks worth of work."

"Ok, boss."

Long story short: Back on the 5th, my autosave stopped working without me noticing. A couple of days ago, my computer updated and reset the current chapter back to its state on the fifth.

And I was going to start working on editing and get it posted that day. I've been so pissed since then that i haven't even been able to open Word, but today i finally dug back in. Progress feels quick, but there was a lot that i hadn't really looked at since the beginning of the month, and its details are hazy. To be honest, I was struggling during that time and writing in short, barely-productive bursts, so things weren't sticking in my head very well.

As i said, progress feels quick, I did write all this once, after all, and I'm hoping to get this done and out in the next couple of days.

For some better news, Bun is currently working on Rowan. I was afraid i would have to do her in two separate pieces because of how drastic her two forms are, but Bun is putting them in the same pose, so we will have to think of the will-o-wisp Rowan as the one that came after her interaction with Kal. People would have seen this version after the first part of her side story once she regained some strength. Personally, I like this because the precursor will-o-wisp was strictly a predator entity without any real personality.

Anyway, just wanted to give everyone an update as to what has been going on.
