and I found another problem!!!! there is a problem with their hair and idk what to do, I try corrective smooth, weighted normal, subdived and even bevels!! and nothing works I think its something in the mesh and its already rigged and weights fixed!!!

Try unsubidevide it's a low poly hair model so adding more polygons messes with the uvs

The other option is to just edit the textures in a different program like clip studio paint, photoshop, or gimp, since her hair is practically red you have an easier job

Looks like some of your normals have flipped; Edit mode-->Select entire Hair Mesh-->Shift+N; If I'm right.
