yeah I think Addison was hooking up with Mark so she wouldn't do it with Alex, that's why she said "I'm not thinking of you right now" to Sloan. Ellen Pompeo is genuinely such a great actress and it only gets better with every episode, her portrayal of Meredith is one of my all time favorite (besides the Derek chase and begging ish) alongside Viola Davis in How to Get Away with Murder and Holly Marie Combs in Charmed

For George, when he was all shakey and sweaty, they were trying to get the audience to think he was having a panic attack about marrying Callie without knowing her better (triggered by the patient's husband not knowing information about his wife like her middle name). So that is why Callie thinks George was panicking because his friends weren't supportive (in front of her, she didn't see Meredith) and Izzie was so outspoken. They wanted you to be more surprised about the reveal of the toxic blood being the reason he was shaking
