the fact that you didn't have a visceral reaction immediately after Izzy and George showed up on your screen...GROWTH!! I don't know whose the more insane one, the women almost dying over the wedding dress or the men encouraging and enabling that behavior...I understand it would be a free/cheaper wedding but it's not worth y'alls lives?!? "Being aware of your crap and overcoming it are two different things" ou don't gag Meredith like that Christina! I love that Christina found a way to have the surgery for the bird guy, and I'm so happy that Izzy went out of her way to find a solution and make the surgery so much easier for him with the birds on the ceiling and the music...you're absolutely right that caring so much about the patients is Izzy's superpower, as long as she does set some boundaries Lexie had me cackling with the "hunchback" comment to scare the girl into having the surgery and listening to Callie. and I'm glad that Callie gathered her together after surgery. not you sayin "fuck up her shoulder again, break it" Dr. Hann had to wake it up with Richard because he genuinely has undertones of misogyny and maybe it's just the way he is or it was installed into him through the whole med school/interning process but he needs to actively work on unraveling it...because he genuinely never made any of the male doctors run anything by him but doubted her immediately plus the side comment he made after Bailey came back from maternity leave

LOL this episode made me realise there should be like an evaluation of each character as a doctor vs personal life each episode haha. Because sometimes those are two very different things, Izzy as a doctor 10/10, Izzy's love life *negatives*, George as a doctor 7/10 George's personal life *eye roll*. lol
