AGH Tyler and Caroline, wolf and vamp is so underrated but one of my favourite side plots. two of the most annoying *teen* characters of s1 getting entrenched in the supernatural world of the show.

English person here, her accent isn't great unfortunately ahaha. She's constantly slipping back into American or doing an excessive gluttal stop. She's definitenly NOT a British person but I'd give it a 6/10. Best British person doing American is Hugh Dancy in Hannibal, highly recommend doing that for Patreon. It's my favourite show of all time, and strong gay vibes if that appeals to you lmaooo but mostly a horror/psychological show. Something about how Jeremy always holds Elena's head is sooo cute. He's the definition of a loverboy for sure.

lmao even I used to get more emo over the delena scene in her room (at the time to me it felt like a potential key point in damon developing to acknowledge and sort through his shit beneath the surface rand doing right and being selfless despite putting on the "bravado" of resistance)... but nowadays this is EXACTLY how I feel watching it.

Answering your questions without spoilers: The Originals had a backdoor pilot in S4 of TVD, and then The Originals S1 aired (Tuesdays) alongside TVD S5 (Thursdays), and I highly recommend watching them that way, it's fun and feels like a double show per ep, TO then TVD Also definitely best to be watching tvd first because in some ways it's like a prequel with so much of the background for The Originals, as you're already seeing! AGH cannot wait for you to get there xx

I just need to complain about how whenever a character on a TV show needs to cut themselves for some type of blood ritual. They always choose the center of their palm, a place that will get used over and over again repeatedly and be an awkward position to heal. Why would they not slice the back of their forearm???!!! I will never understand. I mean, I do understand that it’s because it’s not real and it’s a television production, but this trope bothers me heavily clearly 😂
