Bruh the next half of the season also sucks ass. Keep pushing 😩🫣 Except for the finale, it’s the highest rated episode of the series.

nice

today it's been 17 years ago that our good sis alison went missing 1st of september 2009, and was doing the most the night before, she really did more that night then i have in 5 years

Mariah Libby

I love Spoby sm. They are the best couple in the show in my opinon. I love them sm. I just think Spoby and Haleb have the best chemistry in the show. Two best couples in the show.

Mariah Libby

That ending was a WTF moment for me to especially when I first saw it.

Laura❤️

You’re so right it drives me crazy how they always jump to conclusions and immediately treat it as fact. It wasn’t as noticeable when we were young and the show was stretched out over years so I get why you’re tired of it.

nice

i'm '' A'' right? alison is so iconic to me

Sash Sriganesh

I love this ep I’m excited to watch after schoool

Ava

i loveeee sasha who plays alison she so good in a bunch of other movies

tai leake

I'm just waiting for finale at this point ngl

Monica Baum

"your software slays, by the way 💅"

Ken

Mona is such a fun character to watch and had so much potential, it sucks the writers did her dirty

Elizabeth

The airing schedule changed for the show so no Halloween episode this year 😭 But you have now reached the end of the never ending November. Everything on this show from the season 3 train episode to this episode happened in the 3 weeks between Halloween and thanksgiving 🫠

Thelivingworst

Yes if there is enough blood at a scene you can be presumed dead.

Thelivingworst

I think the writers point was that Ali is manipulating the other kids by being their friend and turn them against Mona. Mona didn’t want to be A to beat Ali, she wanted Ali to feel rejected like she did.

Turn Up the Mike

if the rest of this season is trash, not even the finale can save it i fear 😭😭😭 i could cry LMAO

Turn Up the Mike

I can't even put into words how absolutely disgusted I am by the timeline like wow... the writers better count their mf'n days

Amy Phat

I think Mona was still “afraid” of Alison because she could no longer hide behind her black hoodie and anonymous texts.

Turn Up the Mike

Yeah so I've learned! More appalling is what came after though. Cuz the po po wouldn't be on the news publicly declaring that you've been murdered with no body or evidence that it's your blood within a few seconds of arriving at the crime scene. Like damn, did the DNA results come back via DoorDash?? 😭

Turn Up the Mike

I mean I get what the writers were going for. My issue is more with the execution. These kids were literally assembled by Mona because of their issues with and fear of Alison, and then suddenly they're all friends with Ali and calling her Crazy Mona? I can absolutely believe Ali manipulated them, but I would've liked to actually SEE that transition instead of the show just revealing that it happened because the plot needed Mona to be isolated. And I didn't mean Mona needed to literally become A again to beat Ali. I'm saying we've seen how ridiculously smart, calculated, resourceful and manipulative Mona can be because of everything she was capable of as A. So it's odd to me that she ain't using many of those skills now to outmaneuver Alison... especially if her goal is specifically to make Ali feel rejected. Those skills should make her VERY good at doing exactly that 😭

Eric

Im with you. This season pmo so much, it’s mostly all filler. The one thing I can say about the finale is it does something different and the ending does keep you hype for the s6 premiere.

Turn Up the Mike

Yeaaaah I can definitely buy that the anonymity of being A made Mona feel more powerful and that facing Alison directly brings back that old trauma. Good point. Maybe my issue is more with HOW scared they make her. After everything we've seen Mona be capable of, I would've expected that fear to be mixed with a lot more anger and calculation, especially with Ali coming back at such a disadvantage initially.

Thelivingworst

I’m going to plead the 5th right now 🤐

Tionne✨

This season highkey sucks but I promise the second half is far better than the first half. And it'll all be worth it when you get to the s5 finale. It's literally the best episode in all of pll. Also, as someone who's favorite character in the show is Mona, this episode did nothing but piss me off when it first came out.

Amari

I think it would've been so cool to see more of Ali winning the students over instead of just hearing it from Lucas. I think it would make the girl's Case for Ali being "A" a bit more convincing since they accuse people and are wrong all of the time. I also think Mona having some ptsd concerning Ali makes sense, just how the girls (mostly Hanna) also had a reaction to her return. However, I do think it should have manifested in more Anger than fear (keeping some fear that she hides). It would've made more sense for Mona to act fake nice to Ali and be mean to her in private instead of rallying people against her. Especially since she has already been trying to convince the public she is growing as a person. I feel like Mona is too smart to publicly display a weakness like that if she was still that scared of Ali, but I think that just shows the writers forgetting who Mona has become since Ali disappeared. The students do seem like they are easily swayed tho because after the Video Mona made in season 3 nobody cared about what she did to the Main girls. I mean even the fact that Lucas is helping Mona as if she didn't blackmail him in seasons 1 and 2 but let me not ramble more than I have. Anyway love you and your reactions. When I was watching it the first time I definitely watched out of intrigue as well. I didn't watch it as it aired but I did watch one episode (on accident) as it was airng which was the season 5 finale lol and that's what made me start the show

Gracie

this being a month after the season 3 halloween train episode is insane. sometimes you just gotta laugh through the pain.

Gracie

rip mona. you were crazy but iconic.

ChaosAC24

Yea the intrigue is what kept me too. I only first watched the show for the first time last year and I’m 36, so I picked up on a lot of the ridiculous writing. Many times I wanted to stop, mainly due to aria and fitz. I was pissed in how they did my girl Mona and how they kept going after Spencer. Those are my 2 favorite characters. But they kept having me come back for more 😂. Great reaction! The way you be reacting to this ridiculousness keeps me laughing my ass off. Seriously though, good shit with the reactions!

Baddgyalqq💘.

chillieee when this ep aired😭 i was stressed. but keep watching it’s about to be something crazy. it’s really always spencer i’m tired of it😭 like danggg get someone else lol

YazUncensoredTV

It’s a real thing Mike. I watch a lot of Forensic Files and Cold Case. If there is a significant amount of blood loss, the detectives or CSI can investigate it as a homicide. Also if a body is not found within a certain amount of time, police can declare the person legally dead.

Turn Up the Mike

Oh don’t doubt that! It’s the timeline for me. Those determinations take longer than an hour or two to make AND announce on national television. It was tewwww quick

YazUncensoredTV

lol I agree! I think they were just trying to give us that OMG moment. Usually takes a few days

Jmarr🛸

But we got the Christmas episode 🥴

MJ B

Getting arrested on Thanksgiving is crazy especially when you didn't do it as of what I know I don't remember the fool story with Bethany

Maria Brown

Rt ngl s5 has way too much episodes I’m just waiting to get to s6 and lowkey I like s6 more than s5

Hoon

Omg, after you finish season 7, maybe you can check/react to PLL: The Perfectionists and after PLL: Original Sin?

kristhekit

happy 16 years of PLL!!

laura

RIP mona, it should've been ezra or paige :( and also we LOVE alison dilaurentis in this house. her actress is amazing as well

Amy Phat

Yeah I see what you mean. Kinda like….maybe expecting her to have a bit more “thicker skin” or backbone

honeybumble1012

I came here to say believe or not canonically the Halloween train was our Halloween episode LMAO 🤣 GOOFY GOOFERS the writing team at PLL

honeybumble1012

Mrs. DiLaurentiis acting like she’s gahdamn Sharon Stone all over town or something

Neishawn Johnson

You have to understand Alison is charming so she's easily able to reel people in so it's not far fetched. Alison still has the Queen Bee status so that's also another layer to it
