Eric

The end of an er🅰️. I found you on YouTube when you posted the pilot reaction. I’m still staying tho for the vibes 🙏🏼💅

Sash Sriganesh

I’m actually so excited for this and I’m glad you got the reveal and I hope you enjoyed the whole backstory in 6x10!!

Ken

“Imagine if A is Rowan” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m dead

nice

u know what u might actually like pretty little liars summer school more slasher like

Laura❤️

I think a big reason why this show wasn’t what it could’ve been is because it was on abc family/freeform. They could’ve done so much with the dollhouse and other storylines but they couldn’t go that dark.

tashaa

so am i the only one that understand the cece storyline 😭😭

Ken

Also the torture scenes we don’t see in the dollhouse episodes but they do show flashbacks and we see those scenes when the girls are having like PTSD

celine

I found him through the pilot episode as well! ✨ end of an era

Turn Up the Mike

hanna getting hit by a far, ian hanging, emily vs nate, shanna's death, alison bein strangled, mona gettin ragdolled... they could've done plenty and at least showed them pressing some damn buttons 😂😂😂

Turn Up the Mike

such a shame. would've been perfect to enhance the dread and creep factor of the dollhouse eps but whatevs lol

Turn Up the Mike

😂😂😂 now THAT would've turned this whole series around

misspelledtea

i remember when this episode premiered, the fans started a petition to get a spin-off for the moms lol wish we got that

Eric

After you let some time pass you should watch PLL: Original Sin/Summer School. You don’t need to have watched the original show at all, it’s just set in the same world. It’s a rated R slasher show with tons of scary movie references, it’s only 10 episodes for season 1. Bitches get cut up left and right 🤣

SA_ TheBoss

Cece hit Alison thinking it was Bethany. Mona hit Bethany thinking it was Alison. Then Melissa found Bethany’s body and buried her alive.

Turn Up the Mike

yooo i was gonna say that during the episode! i would've been soooo down, ngl!!! 😂

Ken

Watching back in 2016, it could’ve been ANYONE

Bree

Cece thought Mrs. D having that funeral for Charles was her way of accepting Cece as her daughter instead of her son. So when she found out that Mrs. D actually told her dad that Charles was dead literally and not in the sense of becoming Cece that’s why she was upset. She didn’t know her dad really thought Charles was dead

Daisy H

36:57 had me CACKLING 😭 Mike pls

Bree

End of an era 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ it’s been real

Bree

This is how you know I was in too deep back when this show was at its peak cause I understood this finale 😭

SA_ TheBoss

Personally I loved the Cece reveal when it aired but most people didn’t like it because they were convinced it was someone else, even though Cece had the most clues. Fans were just overthinking it at the time😂. I think the biggest issue with the episode is that maybe it’s too much information dumping at once, so the episode can come off as over stimulating. For the most part everything adds up, but they did mess up with 1 plothole which is the timeline of Marion’s death. Any chance you can watch the important episodes of 6B through season 7? 😅😅😅You’ll be floored with the series finale😂😂

Ken

Jessica and Kenneth are the REAL villains of the whole show, because ALL of this could’ve been avoided 😭

SA_ TheBoss

I really recommend 6B and season 7. It’s very entertaining with shocking reveals. They’re adults so the vibe is very different. Theres also a new “dynamic” between 2 characters I want to see your reaction to😂im using the word dynamic in place of something else😂basically lots of wild shit happens and the story drags less😂

misspelledtea

LOLL SAME!! would’ve been SAT for that one!!

misspelledtea

they pulled this reveal outta every crack, crevice and CREASE of their asses 😭😭 when it aired, i caught like 15 plot holes and it took me out of the show entirely but i do enjoy how ridiculous this reveal was. pll literally turned into a top comedy for me HA!

Sash Sriganesh

The moms are so entertaining 😂😂😂

Jackie

So sad this is the end but I’ve enjoyed alllll the reactions😭❤️

Sash Sriganesh

One thing I’ve loved about you Mike is that even if you’re hating something you’re always open to appreciating the good parts and what’s good and changing your mind about characters/episodes when they do well!

Sash Sriganesh

They had a “symbolic” funeral for Charles at Aunt Carols, so she could transition to Charlotte

Eric

I watched the show when it initially ran on tv start to finish. It really was the mystery that kept people coming back. Since it was a weekly thing and then mid season breaks ppl had no choice but to come back so it drew in numbers. Also one of the first shows to use social media in the marketing. So the creators were heavy involved with the fans on twitter. Which was one of its downfalls bc the ships became one of the focus of the show. The writers kept telling us the we had all the answers in our face. They interacted a lot with the major fan base who had months in between seasons to come up with very plausible theories on who A was going to be with one of the biggest ones it being Wren. Cece makes well enough sense for me that I still enjoy it but the reveal also makes a few major plot holes. It ages bad bc of how it was presented. Most people didn’t see it as Charlotte/Cece being a mentally ill person who just so happened to be transgender. So there was major backlash all around. The show had leaks throughout so a rumor that the 6x10 script leaked with it actually being Wren and supposedly they did rewrites and reshoots to outsmart the audience with the Cece reveal. Season 6B and 7 are a soft reboot for the show but again the writers were saying that we were going to get every answer to every question the fans still had since the first season. But the overall mystery of that season arc is mostly self contained with only a couple connections to the past but further confuse the timeline. It also does a generic villain reveal in the series finale that further divided the fan base. 6x11,20 7x01, 10,11,18,19, and 20 tell that story. Not that you have the watch them, just read a recap on them someday.

Sash Sriganesh

And I think messed with the Radley paperwork to make Kenneth think it was a suicide and Charles was dead

ashley kuate

The problem is that the writers were too focused on trying to outsmart the audience, as if them figuring out who A was before the reveal would be a big deal. Even they didn't know that CeCe would be A and you can see it in all the flashbacks or encounters where we "see" A wearing a hoodie. The body frames, movement etc. like come on...

Highland

Please watch 6b and season seven

Gabriel

I’m one of the many people that believe either Aria or Alison should’ve been ‘A’

Amy Phat

When I watched this episode when it premiered, when I saw Cece show up on my screen, I thought she was just one of A's helpers, and she was gonna take Alison to Charles LMFAO. From what I can recall, Twitter loved the reveal at the time. However, there was a tweet from the official PLL Twitter account. They used a picture of Cece with texts over the image of a quote taken from Hanna when she was in the dollhouse, "Him, Her, It, Bitch," and it received soooo much backlash. I'm pretty sure they eventually took the tweet down. Either way, I dont think people hated this reveal--however, the next episode had Twitter in an UPROAR lmfaoooo. They were crying for justice for something/someone, I don't want to say before I spoil.

Amy Phat

no I get it too. I also understand the very last "A" reveal of the series, because I remember picking up on things while the last season was airing--a lot of the "hints" were portrayed in how they edited the show/sequenced scenes as opposed to giving us actual hints on screen/in the plot--I remember thinking to my self, what if "A" is *you know who* (ello ----ah), but it was such a "ridiculous" thought, not even serious, I didn't think it would've been real lmao

Cee

I loooovvve that you watched Mike’s Mic. He’s great for gossip girl too.

Tamara McCarthy

You laughing at Bethany pushing Toby's mom off the building 😂

Amy Phat

Also, right around the time this aired, there were rumors/"leaks" going around that a staff member from PLL (idk if they were a writer, or what their role was exactly) got fired from the show and they leaked that Wren was supposed to be Charles. The show's creator has since denied this, but many fans believe it to be true considering all the plot holes and how rushed certain scenes looked in terms of editing etc. Apparently, the whole Wren reveal was already filmed etc, and this episode was a last minute reshoot. I honestly don't know what to believe myself, considering they managed to tie some things together--or at least they convinced us that they did.

Selien GC

Cece had money because Mrs D gave her the Carissimi Group

ashley kuate

I'm sorry but the comparison to Mona doesn't work because when Mona was A, they kept the silhouette petite to actually fit her. Even when it was Toby and Ezra, you could tell they were men at the very least. For CeCe, they literally used 6-foot-tall, bulky male stuntmen doing heavy lifting. TV is a visual medium, so expecting fans to ignore the literal man on screen is just lazy filmmaking. Also, the initials thing is a classic TV retcon. CeCe was introduced in Season 3, but the name 'Charles' wasn't even a thing until Season 5. They just looked at a character they already had and picked a name years later to make it look planned. If it was actually planned, the timeline wouldn't be full of plot holes. Like in Season 3, they literally show CeCe's picture in the Rosewood yearbook as Prom Queen. But then in the reveal, they say she was locked up in Radley her whole life and never went to school there. Marlene King literally had to tell fans in an interview that CeCe 'hacked' the yearbook to put herself in it to explain it away. The writers definitely pulled it out of their asses. You can find youtube videos for anyone because the writers left messy clues everywhere so they could change their minds whenever they wanted. Like to this day there's still people who believe Aria was supposed to be A, and all the theories make sense if you really watch them

hannahmai

I actually really like 6b and season 7 because you find out more about the relationships and the family backgrounds and there are a change in dynamics...but I understand if people aren't dying to watch it. Also they all look so tea when they're adults Shay is such a goddess

ashley kuate

First of all, I never said there was factual evidence for Aria being A...you're putting words in my mouth. My point is that if someone who only watched a few seasons skipped ahead to the 6x10 reveal and then went backward to piece it together like Mike here, CeCe being A would make less sense than almost anyone else on the show. The entire 6x10 episode was just CeCe standing in front of a green screen narrating to us, the audience, aggressively trying to force a backstory onto us to make her fit. Mona’s reveal worked beautifully because she had a genuine motive, real beef with Alison, and a logical connection to Hanna. With CeCe, nothing building up to that reveal naturally pointed to her. The writers literally had to hold our hands and explain it because the previous seasons didn’t do the work. And the interviews completely prove they were making it up as they went. You said Marlene had early talks with Vanessa Ray, but Vanessa explicitly stated in her interview with US Weekly that she had absolutely NO idea she was A until the beginning of June 2015...literally days before they shot the finale. She thought she was just flying in for a quick, one-day cameo and literally threw the script across the room in shock when she read it. Marlene King didn't have a grand master plan with her in Season 3; the writers chose her at the last minute because they kept getting renewed. And saying the explanations weren't "great" like the yearbook also proves my point that they were making it up. Marlene literally had to tell reporters in a post-finale interview that CeCe 'hacked' her way into a physically printed high school yearbook just to cover up that massive plot hole. Lastly, the stunt double argument is flawed IMO. Idk about you, whether they used male stunt doubles or not, but before the Mona 'A' reveal, I always knew it was a girl. When Toby and Ezra were in the hoodie, the show intentionally used broad male frames because the body type was a clue. In the dollhouse, A literally towers over Spencer and Emily. Vanessa Ray is like 5"4 and shorter than most of the liars. I can't just ignore a 6"0 male physique on my screen when those are supposed to be clues. PLL is a good show that I really enjoyed, but objectively s1-3 were the only solid ones. Season 4 is debatable, but the rest fall flat because unlike the first 3 seasons, there was no clear creative direction. But anyways I digress

Savanna

So apparently the dollhouse was supposed to be like half a season, but because of budget constraints (the dollhouse sets were huge and expensive) and because PLL was unexpectedly renewed for 2 more seasons they had to stretch some storylines out and cut others down so some things were rushed like the dollhouse episodes when they thought that season 5 was the last season then they had to stretch it all out over multiple seasons instead when it got renewed.

Savanna

Season 6B and 7 are a rollercoaster to say the least 😂 and some of the choices made writing wise are questionable (everyone who’s watched it will know what I mean), but I personally really enjoyed some of the new storylines and we actually get some more questions answered that didn’t get answered in the finale. I think you’d have such a fun time watching it and I’d love to see your reaction to all of the wild things that happen ❤️ I found your channel from the PLL pilot and you’ve become my favourite reactor ever so can’t wait to see what you react to next!

Armani

I’m curious if you ever watched Riverdale. Like on your own time or if you’re open to recommendations for any other shows. It’s has the slasher elements I’d think you’d like. 🩷

Armani

If you don’t finish the show I completely understand. But please atleast watch a recap that explains the final “A” reveal. I need you to see how ridiculous this all was at the end lmao 😅

honeybumble1012

Here I am once again and rather off topic at that lol, humbly begging you to watch and react to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Maya is in three episodes of season two if that helps 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏

honeybumble1012

ALSO- if you watch a PLL spinoff I recommend original sin instead of the perfectionists; it’s way more thrilling and cohesive as a single season series (plus it has a summer season also if you like it!)

Elizabeth

I remember watching this live with a group a friends and we were all disappointed with the reveal in who it was but feeling good with the story. I felt like they used Cece so much as a red herring in season 3/4 that when it actually was Cece it was like "oh". Not as shocking as I would've liked. However, the storyline was interesting and that made it better. I don't remember the online reaction being that great. I feel like the opinion on it has gotten more positive as time has gone on.

Diamond_Alicia

I can confidently say, for you specifically you made the right decision. I love pretty little liars, but i’ve only ever watched 6b & season 7 once. so far going based off the plots you preferred, it makes sense this is where the shows ends for you too. it was a pleasure to rewatch with you. I’d love if you checked out the spin off Original sin & summer school, not as good as these earlier seasons but entertaining and short!

Thelivingworst

I was busting out laughing watching this video LMFAO

honeybumble1012

Actually upon rewatch the childhood storyline of Charles/Charlotte is fucking devastating and sooo sad

Jason

Stop I can’t believe it’s potentially over. I found you when you posted the pilot episode on YouTube haha. But I’m sticking around for TVD and one tree hill cause obsessed with those haha and plus you are the best reactor ever

honeybumble1012

WAIT I wanna make sure that you’re aware Mike the MOMENT they introduced Cece’s character you clocked it and predicted she would be A seasons ago and I’ve been waiting so long holding in the secret (apparently I CAN keep it 🤫🖤💋🪦) to give you your props!! YOU A WRITER!!! 🏆

Michel Stephany Garces

That picture of Aria with the rat/racoon is actually cracking me up 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Turn Up the Mike

🩷🩷🩷🩷 yasss thanks Jasonnnn!! It’s sad I know 😭 thanks for joining me on this journeyyyyy

honeybumble1012

Back when this episode aired live there were so many tweets about whatever happened to the wine moms stuck in the basement LOL we literally don’t see them again haha 😆

Molly Nauman

Wow what a fun journey, this show is absolutely RIDICULOUS at times but that's why we love it :) and now you get why! When it first dropped I remember my friends & I were shocked & overall liked the reveal. The only thing slightly annoying abt A being Cece, was we had already suspected her & kinda got confirmation when she trapped Emily in the box at the sawmill. So it was like oh so A was revealed a long time ago LOL. But in the books, A was Ali's twin sister, so Cece being Charles threw us off the plotline enough to not predict the ending from the dollhouse eps. As for the rest of the show, the ridiculousness is on steroids but in a genuinely irritating way with some of the plot lines. I think this ending is perfect so the rest I just pretend is fan fiction LOL. Thank you for reacting to this & making it through season 5 <3

Michel Stephany Garces

I honestly think 6B and 7 are kinda interesting (except for that horrible ending lol) but I mean if you were to watch it I will be SAT!

Michel Stephany Garces

And yes! I actually found you through your PLL reactions but you are a great reactor so even though this might be the end for PLL, i will be here to support ✨️

Julia Creech

Make a reaction to the mikes mic video of season 6B/7!! Edit to add: i LOVE PLL, but the the end sucks, you truly have to see it as more of a comedy bc it’s so stupid💀 main question that actually gets answered is who kills Jessica

tai leake

I'm ngl that "dynamic will piss him off😂😂 I stopped watching as soon as I saw it😭😭😭

tai leake

Honestly A was created bc of bad parenting why would u not be watching ur kids...it was a literal accident if they were watching them nvr would have happened

tai leake

Literally A was failed by all adults then radley fucked up her mental

tai leake

The series should have ended here they lost the plot the next season

YazUncensoredTV

You’re reaction to the reveal was our reaction many, many years ago. Basically: W T F 😂 Had to google every plot hole and timeline

YazUncensoredTV

I was happy that I found someone finally reacting to my fave show consistently.

Maya

I’m watching this while working and I had to pause because the research you have to do throughout is sending me to the moon😭😭😭 this show was absolutely ridiculous, but it has been a ball watching your reactions💞

Mivhael

being able to google while watching this episode is key LOL and i loved watching you do it in real time. i think as ridiculous as the CeCe explanation is, it ~technically~ works and pieces it all together so i feel satisfied with it, but not gagged like i was with mona. the sara reveal was nonsensical & the only screentime she needed in this episode was when she was flying off the knuckles of emily

Gabriel Stevens

I'd actully love it if you done a similar thing and express watched a few of the key episodes of 6B&7

Maria Brown

I agree about Emily, maya and talia were the only gfs she had that weren’t white

Tionne✨

I first discovered you from the pilot episode of pll. Even though it was a show I loved I fell in love with your reaction videos, and not just to pll. It's a little bittersweet that this era is over since it was my beginning to your channel but at the same time, it has to go. The show just stops serving the way that it used to. On the bright side, I am extremely excited for my favorite show, One Tree Hill, and seeing all your reactions to that!

Jordan

I loved when you reacted to the mikes mic recap 😊

Jordan

Sarah Harvey's actress is so bad lmao

Jmarr🛸

I had to space watching this full video out in 4 days lol that’s how bad I didn’t want to end! I laughed, I cried! You are so hilarious 😂 found you through PLL on YouTube but definitely sticking around 🫶🏻 I have high hopes you’ll be back for more 😉

Vanillamellow

this is sooooooo hilariousss hahaha love u mike and f pll. it was fun while it lasted. i hate the later seasons too, so i feel you. :3

Emily

First time watching 6B and 7 I was like wtf is this, just disappointing at the series finale. Otherwise, the plot lines in the time skip are just INSANE. I’ve watched that chunk separately from the rest of the show (taking a break), and it was a fun experience. By no means should he react to it though if he’s burnt out on the rest of the show, cause it’s the same old shit, different era.

Emily

Throw Peter in there too

Emily

Riverdale is whole rollercoaster— PLL walked so Riverdale could run

Emily

S7 is a goddamn mess I love it UNTIL the last episode. They really upped the “wtf” factor when it came to couples/plot lines and bizarre ass scenes. It’s like driving by a car wreck.

Baddgyalqq💘.

I love youuu Mikeeeee your reactions are genuinely amazing, the pll season finale always gagsss meeee🥺🥺😊 like at the end end the girls looked amazing but I know you probably still want to end pll and I respect your choice butttt one day hopefully you do try to watch season 6-7 bc gurllllll lemme telllll youuuuu this next level 😩😩😩😩!!!

Gracie

you know... was it insane and full of plot holes? yes. was i thoroughly entertained? also, yes.

Gracie

i didn't mind cece being a, but i still feel iffy about this playing into the trans villain trope. i think it was just thrown in to throw us off from the gender of a.

Gracie

we cancel out talia since she was a grown ass woman with a husband

Maria Brown

I forgot she was way older than emily

Neishawn Johnson

No, the reveal was just trash. There were too many plot holes just to ignore. If you accept and ignore it then that's fine for you but saying fans were overthinking the smallest and obvious plot holes that's necessary in figuring out the mystery of a mystery show is asinine.

Neishawn Johnson

I hated that sara shower harvey was given two pivotal villanist characters to someone who has little relevance and was just introduced physically that season and mentioned and forgotten about until now in season four smh. This reveal was trash because of the MANY plot holes but I hated the trans story line more because it's so stereotypical of making a trans character the villain and their whole motivations as a villain arc is surrounding her whole identity smh.

SA_ TheBoss

The plotholes aren’t because of Cece, it’s because the writers forgot details from previous seasons. They messed up the timeline for Marion and there’s no consistency with Wilden’s age. These 2 complaints I understand.
