I’m so sorry but Damon and Elena always had more chemistry to me even if Damon is what he is Stefan wasn’t no better as well but to me Stefan was so boring and two faced tbh him and Damon had so many things alike yet everyone only gave Damon all the heat

just FYI we bullied TF outta Julie Plec about putting Bonnie with Jamie so much so that her bitch ass came out and made a stupid ass statement trying to turn it on the fans for not wanting Bonnie with "a great guy just because her mother raised him" like DUH that's why we hate it. Julie was just a Bonnie/Kat HATER cuz all the guys wanted their characters with Bonnie and would even request it. that's what happened with Joseph Morgan (Klaus). He and Kat actively were rallying people to ship Klonnie and Julie Plec hated it so she made Klaus interested in Caroline, her self insert.

Saying Caroline was Julie Plec self insert is very interesting bc I just finished a whole rewatch and for some reason Caroline really irritated me down the line and it seems like every guy was so enthralled by her. Caroline also got to sing while Bonnie never did (Kat is also a singer). I was thinking is this bc they were trying to elevate the blonde White girl 🤷🏽‍♀️ now seeing you say this makes all of that make sense.

the point of Damon acknowledging that his choices had been controversial lately was because he was considering Bonnie's words from earlier when he gave that half assed apology about turning her mother. She said to him, "There's always a choice. Whenever YOU make one someone suffers". Damon was contemplating Bonnie's words to the point he didn't just snap Alaric's neck like he would have likely done without any consideration. It's one of the first times we see Damon actually hear something, reflect on it, then apply it to his behavior.

i think in generell stefan is a better guy then damon. he has also bad stuff, but more when he has no humanity, damon has done worse stuff then him in generell. i still like damon, he is funny and i like him with elena. but i also like stefan, he isnt boring to me
