move mouse to move bulgeshift- bulge lock

F1-swallow cream

F2-Swallow pod

F3-Swallow taco

R-reset

you can customize the swallowed item by editing the texture

unzip and move folders in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VTube Studio\VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Items

to change hotkeys, put into "model" folder and load as avatar to config, then copy the folder to "item"

To change skin color - edit and tint the skin texture file in the folder
