pregnancy cravings... behind the scenes (Patreon)

hahaha. this was fun.

so for one, i'm at tori's place. she gets... very affected by being hungry (as do i, but she is famous for it). this particular time she said "okay, i need to make some food" and i asked "you want help?" and she said "no" and put her airpods in her ears. i chuckle to myself as i make my preparations to record instead.

we have been eating cucumber all day for some reason and i got the brilliant idea to do the cravings-audio i had planned. tori doesn't even raise her eyebrows at me when i take this huge jam jar from the fridge, along with another big chunk of cucumber (i mean, not even a pregnant woman would want that combo, she should have been concerned if she hadn't been so fucking hungry).

i get all inspired and actually record the whole thing standing on a chair in tori's little (what i thought was) sound proof studio in her apartment. i'm having such a flow! so much fun! getting some pickles cravings for real, i tell you. and laugh to myself as i hear tori slamming the kitchen cabinets in the background.

the food was good, and we spent the rest of the evening giggling (now the mood had gone up considerably), writing some music, and taking polaroid photos.

i'm so glad to be back.
