You made my day, thank you so very much ! Happy weekend ! ! !

Karmagik

I'm surprised to see that she is not a natural redhead.

MetaTwoTimes

oh i'm very sorry you think so. I would love to know why you think the face is off though ? ...

It's hard to describe but since you asked I'll try. The eyes, nose and cheeks are the parts of her face that make her look older. The eyes look sunken in. The cheeks look like they're sagging. All of that combined with how her eyebrows look drawn on (a lot of women do that in real life for some reason) and the nose looking more realistic than the rest of her face drops her into the uncanny valley. It's important to remember that Jessica is a Toon. Her proportions don't translate to live action. Look up footage of Disney attempts to have her as a walk around character at the parts.

Oh ok i understand now, thank you for taking time to tell more about your point of view... Well, i always translate the fanart character into my own style, obviously. Any artist would have their own version of Jessica Rabbit i guess. If i had to keep her look intact, i would have to keep the character style as well, since it's very "cartoony" and lack a lot of details and some feature are exaggerated. It's also hard because other supporter /followers enjoyed this fanart, i guess i can't please everyone unfortunately.
