At this point these videos aren't even 40K related, 40K is being used by Ian as a vehicle to expose his politics. And in this case, he went so hard on them he had to HIDE PART OF A VIDEO.EPISODE 52

You have enjoyed seeing a Blood Angels chaplain in the trailer, now go watch the Armageddon teaser, which shows the full Blood Angels/Ork battle scene. The damn chaplain stands there amongst his battle brothers with his bloody helmet OFF! Fine chaplain ...

Fwiw, I don't believe they just arbitrarily changed the narration for that trailer. I don't have it handy but I'm pretty sure those lines were from the opening of Rogue Trader/1st edition. Not sure why they decided to do the callback in the trailer but I don't think it can be called a retcon.

While I appreciate that you correct the lore. The format of how you do it is at times very infuriating. You pause so often, go on tangents about stuff that he actually explains later (sometimes also partially wrong) just to then AGAIN go on a tangent about pretty much the same topic. Can't you watch bigger parts of the videos and then pause to explain it once the entirety of the point of the creator has been made? Or make it running commentary if its already a point you made, without pausing the video. I mainly watch to correct my current lore understanding, not the shittalking and especially nitpicking (thats usually only enjoyable for people who equally hate Ian or others as much as you) . If thats how you wanna keep it thats fine, its just pretty brutal to get through for my specific purpose. To clarify: I hate Ians politics as much as you do, but also for the IGN Video, the nitpicking that relates to his omission of lore, doesnt actually apply to HIM directly but IGN. IGN makes short videos, bc quotas and "attention span", so he has to keep it short. Lying by omission is bad, but thats also a different thing, "LYING by omission". Since you cant prove he did it deliberately out of bad faith, its not even a lie, its either by way of design of the video or stupidity. You have to understand that the idiocy of people like Ian regarding his politics is mainly fault of decades of gaslighting, public school systems, word of mouth rumors and political agendas. While he IS wrong, he isnt the problem, he is a symptom. Again, that doesnt mean he cant be held accountable, but from the episodes ive watched (kinda binged them) its a lot of rant after rant after rant. I dont know if its also a bit of a SHOW, but I think everyone watching at this point gets that he is dumb. Lore Destroyers is after all a show for the actual fans who know you, not the general public. Gone on a bit of tangent here, ironic I know. It is your show and you can do whatever you want with it. Take the criticism as constructive, my complaint is very directed to my personal purpose of watching the show.

Why exactly do you take things out of context in this series? In this episode for example you make fun of him for saying "the emperor looks like a corpse" as an "easter egg", this video isnt about easter eggs or anything at all. It was more catered towards people who have no clue about warhammer 40K. You deliberately change the narrative and then punch from above. That is also PEAK leftist behaviour, and you know that. You don't acknowledge it when it comes to yourself and friends, thats the thing. Holding others accountable for moral wrongs but then not applying it to yourself, unknowing or deliberately. " [...] will be able to suggest to us weekly videos on 40k lore to watch and comment, and as usual, destroy on a lore accuracy level." A lot of the time you guys just rant to make fun of someone for arbitrary reasons. Its not relevant to anything in the lore and repeatedly take your own opinions out, which you make fun of him for as well. Thats hypocrisy. Hold yourself to the same standard that you use to make fun of people. To anyone with any shred of intelligence, this is so noticable.
