Enjoy! It's a good illustration, by the way, of the processes I talked about in this post, with the running of colours and the lightening while drying.

Welcome to Kazaore and Becky, two very generous new Patrons! <3 Thanks so much for being here!

Watercolour eye painting

Timelapse of painting an eye in watercolour. I haven't uploaded in almost exactly a year - I'm still hampered by an eye disease (AMNR) I contracted last February, which makes it hard for me to see details without a magnifying glass and bending very close to what I'm doing. This makes recording processes almost impossible, unless it's for small, quick things like this, which don't need to be too exact. I've finally returned to making more art, more regularly, and I'm grateful for everyone who supports me in any way, enabling me to do the little things, and the big things. You won't be seeing many videos from me; the links below are where you can still catch me! You're very welcome. I've loved your work for a long time - having seen it on Tumblr, Facebook, etc - but only recently found out about your Patreon! Thrilled to be supporting you and your lovely work.

Nice video!! I'm curious where you found the music track - I recognize it from an android game (Merchant RPG) I have played every now and then and LOVED the music on, didn't know it was available separately!

They must have got it from the same source I did - it's by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech, com), one of the most-used composers of royalty-free music on the web. It's called "Teller of the Tales".
