Omg I’m soooo excited to watch you see this! I went to the theatre 3 times to see it! And I don’t regret it. 🥰

It's still in theaters so I kinda want go to watch it again!

I am DYING to watch this with you! I am kind of broke so I cannot afford to buy the movie, so I'll just watch it with you for the first time lol.I have been REALLY wanting to see it. I did manage to see Lilo and Stitch in theaters, which was very well done-even though there were some honest criticisms some of the natives had for it.

That movie was SO good. Oh, you might like the mini series Midnight Mass. That was really good on Supernatural subjects, ect

i'm so happy to see you react to this! as a black person from the south it feels so good to see my people on the screen and for so many people to enjoy the people and the culture as much as i do! this movie was phenomenal and it was so fun getting to see you watch it as well ❤️

Didn't know Chinese people were in the south during the 1930s, I had to look it up after this movie I was like oh wow.

Post watch: I just *knew* you were going to hit all the wonderful points you did. And I appreciate that from a cultural aspect as well. Another funny note I found is in the beginning Sammie is wearing a hat like Stack because that’s who he more aligns with and wants to follow. And then after the chaos and death Sammie’s hat is more like Smokes was. It’s a nice little detail. Also that Smoke is the one who saves Sammie from the snake. And also is the one who saves Sammie from Remmick.
